Don't book here!

The hotel is taking reservations but is completely closed down. I had family staying in the same hotel and they booked through a different site and the site booked them a new hotel the week before our stay due to closure. When I called hotels.com and quality ins help line they both assured me it was open. We arrived to hotel to find the windows bored up and chains on the door.

Do not stay here till they clean up their act

This hotel is the opposite of quality. My room was dirty. I found human hair, a dead cricket, a live cockroach, and one other creepy crawly. The tub has rust on the outside. The bed was actually comfortable with clean sheets and no bugs. I did not feel safe here. There were super shady people in the parking lot, and the hallways smelled like pot. When i checked in, the guy working there was nice, and i think he knew i wasnt going to be happy with the room. He tried to persuade me get a 2nd floor room, but he gave me a 1st floor room and I instantly wished I was on the 2nd floor. People were loud, heard some fighting, slamming doors. I will be complaining to the company. This hotel was dirty, unsafe, and loud.

Roaches!!!

I was fine until I got the room. Room 108. It was clean. Outdated. But clean. I wasn’t in my room 30min when I saw the first baby roach. I know bugs happen. So I brushed it off. About an hour later I saw a 2nd roach on the desk. I decided to leave at that point. Two too many. When I was leaving I saw one crawl across the bed. I killed in in a napkin to take to the front desk. I went to check out and the rep did not even ask why or how my stay was. I handed him the napkin with the dead roach in it and said it was the 3rd one in the 2 hours I was in the room. He looked at it and threw it in the trash. Did not say sorry or how can I fix it or anything. Just said there was nothing else I needed to do to check out. I will never stay at a Quality Hotel again. You definitely get what you pay for.

The hotel is in horrible condition. The rate was very low and so I should have known it was doing to be a dump. All I can say is that it was better than sleeping in my car at a rest area.

We liked that they had good water pressure and temperature. Everything seemed to be broken and the tub didn't have a plug AND was moldy. There was a strong dog smell in the hall and sporadic barking through the night.

I arrived and checked in with the front desk and went to grab my bags and there were 5 people out front drinking and being belligerent. I went to my room and it smelled like urine. I couldn’t stay there and asked for a refund and he declined. I would really appreciate if someone called or emailed me about this.

Did not stay there. Drug addicts everywhere, couldnt get into the room. Key card did not work. Stunck badley of tobacco smoke, which irritated my COPD and i am suffering now. The place was very scary. Something needs to be done about this place. I want a full refund that was prepaid with extra for travlers insurance. Please notify!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. There was no water. I could not shower, flush the toilet, nothing. There were wet stains on the carpet and the the whole thing was so filthy that I slept on top of the sheets with my clothes on. When I talked to the manager about all this he waived one of the pet fees, $15 and when I asked for a receipt when I was leaving they refused because I did the reservation through Expedia.
