The house is newly furnished with quality furniture, all beds and couches are reclining., marble dining table, etc. Open floor plan for the kitchen/dining and Living room. The neighborhood is dog friendly and has a dog park. There is a walking path 50 ft., directly behind the house for easy access with shaded portions.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
