From the outside the hotel looked fine. It was right off the main road. But when we arrived it was evident from leaking a/c to the room which was supposed to be a non-smoking room but reeked of stale cigarettes that it was going to be a disappointing experience. It was evident that the room was in need of upgrading. We only stayed the one night since it was late and we were tired, and went to another hotel. Never will stay at that hotel again.
We had a great stay at this hotel. Jada the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful! Our room was so spacious, clean and comfortable!
We were in town for a wedding, so weren't in the hotel much but paid half the price as other friends! The location did mean a 15 minute drive into town to meet up for events, but the hotel provided everything we needed. Orbitz did mess up my reservation (showed me twice and for different nights), but the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful in getting it sorted out. The only downside to the hotel was the location directly off the highway meant it was fairly noisy (less so late at night). Also, getting onto the highway going East required going several minutes out of the way to turn around, unless you go through the Toyota parking lot to cross the highway.
