The tv hasn’t had any signal for about an hour . Cuz of the rain . There was no extra trash bags . It was very average.

Complete Disaster

Do NOT stay here. I was hoping and under the impression that this location would hold up the Hilton name . I have stayed at multiple home 2 suites and experienced such a horrible stay. I had 3 rooms. All of which smelled of smoke upon entering. One of the rooms had to be changed because of no AC and dirty bed sheets and sticky floors. The toilet was clogged and had to call maintenance in the other room as well as the door having to be SHOVED open after using key card. The third room shower had no water pressure and the shower was dirty. If all of that wasn’t enough the property over charged the price per room even though I booked through hotels.com and then claimed they couldn’t print me a breakdown of costs. I have contacted hotels.com and expect a refund. The manager didn’t even come outside. The people at the desk wouldn’t constantly go in the back and hide. To top it all off the breakfast is TRASH. Spongy and watery egg omelets with dry sausage. Barely any selection of bread . They had a container of cheese slices that seemed like they had been sitting there for days. It was early in the morning and they ran out of creamer and when we asked the lady said they ran out . She also ran out of all the fruit which to begin with was next to nothing. The lady behind in charge of that area clearly didn’t want to be there . They had a huge trash can parked right next to the tables where we were eating and there were flies all around . I will never ever go there again .

The property was clean and quiet and decently priced. There are dining options close by. However, the front desk night person wasnt willing to help when we called down to ask for a blanket for the pullout. The housekeeping staff was lined in the hallway well after 6pm which is odd. There were also sleeping bags and pillows in the breakfast area, like someone was staying there. Breakfast was no good as most option were limited and cold and didnt have the proper heating cases. We went to the aheets across the street. Its unacceptable to pay for breakfast and it not be standard temperature, also a violation of food safety. I probably wouldn't stay again

Suite was perfect for a couple days for a wedding. Easy location to get on and off of 70 and plenty of shopping and dining in the area. Walmart is a 2 minute drive away along with the restaurants.

The front desk was great (gentleman) we checked in with no problem. The overall was good. The room was nice and somewhat clean. My complaint was the bedding, the bedding was a little old with plenty lint knots (rough textured) all over so it’s not smooth and gave me discomfort during sleep. The breakfast was ok. Also it’s during summer break, there were plenty of children/teen ran up and down all night to the pool. So if you want a place to stay for a night, it’s good enough. Not recommend to light sleeper because you will hear the door slam, and highway traffic from outside.

Absolutely worst stay. 1. First room was disgusting, broken and right next to the main entry. Air conditioner was dented in like someone stood on it, bed and couch were incredibly stained. Tv remote was broken. 2. Second room after complaint filed. - some hair in the shower and bathroom floor. Room had an odd odor - possible from next door microwave. 3. Could hear the next rooms television over ours. It was so loud 4. Could hear every little noise next door and in the hallways 5. Highway traffic was also super loud between exhausts and police sirens 6. FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT 3am. 7. I’m sure there will be more reasons come sun rise.
