I stayed on the fourth floor in a King Deluxe room and it was wonderful. It was quiet. When I need housekeeping, the staff was respectful and a delight to converse with. I pray I get a suite next time, I felt spoiled and I was well rested. Only thing I would change, if I could, is the mattress. It was very hard. Softer mattresses would be so much better on someone who has a bad back. Other than that, I would definitely come back again! Thank you guys for your hard work!!
