Our room was nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable! Only a few problems: bath tub was clogged and an outlet was coming out of the wall. Reported it to the front desk.
Reception was excellent. Pool was closed And vending machines were out of service.
No issues with the property. I stayed here 2 years in a row for my family reunion and I plan to return during my next family reunion.
This hotel is really nice for the price. Great breakfast, decent area (it’s a lot more rural than I expected). The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Staff was really nice. Hotel is very basic. Room seemed clean but all they had was smoking rooms. I smoke, but not indoors, and the stench was amazing. Guess it's the area of North Carolina, but smoking is everywhere. Our room faced the road and there's no barriers between the hotel and the road, so it got noisy at times. Its a place to stay when you need it. Nothing fancy, but clean. Stinky, but clean.
Unexpected cleanliness. Great mattress. Large room. Nice little pool that you can access 24/7. Didn't try the complimentary breakfast.

Our room was tidy enough but we were met by a wall of mildew odor when we entered. "OK, maybe we'll get used to it." However at midnight, the radio alarm, which we did not set, went off. At that point, it would have been easy to go back to sleep. But our neighbors kept up a noisy conversation outside our door until 1am. Finally, we got a wake-up call at 5:30am. We hadn't requested it. Other than that…our stay was acceptable. I doubt we'll try our luck there again.
I have accepted a position in Kinston, and chose the Quality Inn to stay in while I explored the area. The desk clerk, Laurie, was extremely friendly and helpful and actually offered to show me around when I moved!! Everything was clean and conveniently located. My dear friend, Mr. Barwick, advised me this was a safe and comfortable hotel in which to stay while finding a place to live. Thanks P.C.!!
The heater in our room did not work very well but maintenance responded quickly and fixed the problem. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. We would stay there again.
It was very pleasant for a same town and affordable
The hotel room and bathroom was clean, but we were on the front of the building and could hear traffic when it was loud, would prefer to stay on the back of the hotel next time.

Reasonably quiet. it had everything it advertizsed and suited my purposes just fine.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Some of us developed soar throats. The bathtub was dirty. However, the bed was clean. The parking lot was full of work trucks, so we had 2 farther away from our room.
It was great. Clean, little extra's in the room that made it really nice. Extra pillows, botanical soaps, etc. Just wish we could get away from all the pastries. I know they are inexpensive but not very nutritious. Having oatmeal available was very nice though.
I was on business in the area and found that this hotel was just right for a place to relax and catch some zzzz's between days at my business appointments. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. I will be staying there again.
