The the maid was not finished cleaning the room when we got there at 4 o’clock, which is check-in. When we got there, she just left. The floors were not cleaned and the surfaces were not cleaned so I did not feel that the room was sterile or clean. Also, the bed was very wrinkled as if she didn’t use fresh sheets. Also, the TV was broke. We couldn’t get it to work and we tried to contact the whole several times, but they did not have any good solutions. The neighborhood was a lot more of a very poor urban area with project housing around it etc. the pictures did not show that they showed that it was in a nice area and did not explain that we were in the type of area that it was. I will never ran from the abode company again if they are still on Vrbo.
