100 W. Court St., 1A. Our condo is very unique in all aspects. It is in a perfect downtown location with a parking place provided. The exposed brick walls and hardwood floors provide plenty of character and the furnishings provide all the luxuries of home. The condo is very open and spacious. You will enjoy the private outdoor patio accented with ivy walls and special lighting. For your convenience also has it's own private entrance for your convenience.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Right downtown, so location is fabulous. Condo is in a secure building, was clean, quiet and beautifully decorated with everything you need for your stay. Loved the brick walls. On-site parking was easy. Owner responded quickly with pre-stay questions. Definitely recommend and if in Greenville again, would want to stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo stocked with everything you would need. Located very close to Main Street, you can walk to many shops and restaurants. It is also wonderful to have parking included, for excursions out of town. I highly recommend this property!

This is our new favorite place to stay in Greenville - excellent and convenient location to all things downtown, brilliantly appointed as to interior details and decor, and wonderful, responsive hosts.
