Room was clean. Staff was friendly enough. Bed was so uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Was suppose to have the option of free parking or valet. Found out when we got there .. no free parking “available “. So another $18 added to the bill. Very disappointing

I've stayed at Home2Suites before because I like their setup. This one was the best, my favorite. Everyone was so very friendly. It's right in the heart of downtown Greenville so prime location. I felt comfortable and safe. And it was very quiet. But I do attribute that to the other guests. Some are quieter than others. I got lucky and had the quiet ones. I highly recommend you book this place for your next Greenville stay.

The property is in a great location close to plenty of eateries. It is within walking distance to the Comedy Zone and Main Street events held in downtown Greenville. Katelyn at the front desk exceeded our expectations and upgraded our room for a most enjoyable evening! The new renovations at this hotel are beautiful!

Trash was left too long by the elevators (2nd floor). Smell was unbearable. Initial complaint was ignored due to staffing issue. After multiple complaints, staff was able to remove trash and resolve issue.
