I loved how nice the staff was to me and my family. The only thing was that I didn’t get trash bags for my wastebaskets and I think it was just an honest mistake due to people having late check outs. Also I think this property should have a bar where guests can sit and drink until at least 12am. The three free drink limit is nice but if you can allow the guests to start paying to drink more than you will be onto something.
Room was comfortable. The food was good as well as the drinks during happy hour.

We were very pleased with our stay. They have a full breakfast buffet and an evening reception which was a full dinner with drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful. True Southern hospitality!

Very nice and clean
Hotel was okay. Breakfast and dinner were edible by my young kids, but I opted for snacks I brought instead. Bathroom had hair in it upon arrival. The bartender was very nice--the one bright spot! Upon checkout, the hotel manager asked me how my stay was. I said, "It was fine, except for not being able to use the pool." Without looking up, he said, "Yeah, I'll be glad when Covid is over." I responded, "Oh, I understand the limitations, I'm just saying it would have been nice to know about your pool limits, as I specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool, and nothing was listed on the hotel or booking information." He didn't even respond to me. Just looked at me and handed me my receipt. When the hotel manager acts like that to a guest who was simply answering *his* question, the hotel staff won't care about guests either. Disappointing. I won't be back.
