Everything including staff, room cleanliness and accommodations were superb! Only slight negative was the breakfast hour stop at 9:00 am. Maybe even 30 more minutes during the week day! We will definitely check the rates here first on our next visit as a Hilton Honor member.

Nice room, but could hear guy who needs Cpap

The room was nice and a great size, but I could hear someone snoring Nextdoor and the person upstairs was walking like they had clogs on. I felt like I was sleeping with someone snoring, but I was alone with my dog. The walls in hotels should have noise insulation. I haven’t stayed at a hotel in so long though, maybe I’m spoiled. Or maybe the person wearing the clogs should be quieter. Ppl were in the hall too sometimes with speaker phone on. Rude. As if

Was very disappointed this stay. Got there at 3 to check in and no rooms was available. My fiancee had a medical procedure done and wasn't feeling well. Waited over an hour for our room because they said they were short staff and rooms wasn't ready. We weren't the only ones waiting. The toilet in the room wouldn't flush everytime we tried to flush it. Had to wait awhile and try again later. Then to top it off, someone burned up the bacon in kitchen and set fire alarm off 5 in the morning.

Great staff, old building

Tim was amazing at the front desk! He was quick to help us when needed. As far as the building, there was a bad odor as soon as we entered the lobby. The room also smelled dirty. The condition of the room was older and in need of updates. The pull out mattress was very old and thinning. The kitchen and room carpet was old also. The staff was great, but pretty much the only thing this place has going for it.
