Good location. Walls are thin you hear everything. The room was clean but in need of updating.

Was cool for the price. I didn’t expect to be wowed. We stayed for 2 nights and I have no complaints.

The whole floor smelt like cigarettes and so did the room even though it was a non smoking room. Doors into building were not locked. Room was clean and acceptable for the price. Staff was friendly.

Everything was great other than the lady at the front desk, Leigh. Her attitude was horrible, she didn't even make eye contact.

I have stayed on that area often. This hotel is a good choice. A little o the older side.. but comfortable bed and decent breakfast

the location to I-40 is the best thing I can say about the hotel. The lady at the counter during the day wasn't the friendliest but helpful, the lady in the evening had a better attitude. The room was ok, only there for sleeping. Disappointed about the breakfast, no pool, & no elevator. Pics on line are very deceiving.

Stayed for 2 days. Everything was pretty good for how much I spent. Breakfast wasnt all that, and the shower faucets are too low for someone 6'1 i had to crouch down to shower.

Value for money. The hotel is neat for the price the room was also . The hot breakfast was also pretty decent. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Greensboro, this is it.

Though the price is cheap you get what you pay for. The front desk staffer wasn't particularly nice. The room had half a toilet paper roll - no reserves. The hot water in the shower lasted 90 seconds then turned ice cold. One of the electrical outlets next to the sink was wonky. Got approached by a panhandler before I could even reach my room.

Not what we directed! Never again! The room was dirty, water on the bathroom floor, room had an awful smell and the door looked like it was previously broken into!

We spent one night here for a concert at the Greensboro Coliseum. Other hotels in the area seemed much pricier. For the distance it was from the venue, it is a great value. We called a cheap shuttle to take us to the concert, and just walked back after (about a 20 min walk). There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby which was very convenient after the concert. For a 2 star hotel, I was impressed by how comfortable and clean the room was. It felt more like a 3-4 star hotel. The staff was very responsive and we had a great stay. There was also free breakfast.

My experience was a good one. The room was nicer than I expected it to be....spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and the amenities were good. Had a mini fridge and microwave which was a plus. The only complaint I had really was that the bathtub drained a little slow. It may seem a little sketch from the outside but its pretty decent for the price.

Kind of disappointed because the pool wasn't open, but it was a great price and good location.

friendly staff great location awesome complimentary breakfast comfortable room

Staff were friendly, clean room and awesome bfast. Able to check in early. Great location.

The room was spacious and clean. I liked the fact that it had a refridgerator and microwave in the room. The hotel offered a breakfast that was very nice as well. All in all I would stay here again.

I was looking for the cheapest place possible for my two night stay in Greensboro. Check-in was quick and painless. The grounds need some cleaning up (weeds, etc) but nothing too bad. The location isn't the best, but doesn't seem to be unsafe. The first night my air conditioner never kicked in like I wanted it too. I was hot most of the night. The next morning I stopped by the front desk and the manager on duty assured me that the AC should make it very comfortable. She switched my room, and that was it...super cold AC and I was much more comfortable. If you're looking for a very inexpensive place to stay, you could do worse than here.

Friday night when we arrived, very noisy from an outdoor preVanHalen concert thing at a neighboring restaurant. not a great location did not feel safe here.
