This place is terrible in.between nasty trash every where people using bathroom in parking lot and.behind trash can. Prostitution in.stairwells and even.people have sex beside vending machine. The room.was terrible

Ended up leaving the same night. Too cold in the room

Hotel did not process my reservation as a pre-paid reservation and did not have a room for me. I paid for it a month in advance. They had to shift some else to another facility to give me a room. The room I got smelled like a cigarette factory. Did not sleep well. The room did not have any roaches or bed bugs that I could see.

Stayed here for one night. No frills but was clean and nice. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel as long as you dont need all the bells and whistles.

the staff were excellent..allowed early check-in..room was clean, everything was functional

Older, extended stay motel, badly in need of refurbishing. We picked our room mostly because it provided a refrigerator for food while on the way from Williamsburg, VA to Gatlinburg, TN. Our bad luck to arrive at the time of a major water supply pipe break. We were without water all night until 7:30 a.m. Apparently the plumbing service did not answer calls for hours, and no backup plan existed. Almost OK for $56.00 a night, but, "You Get What You Pay For!"

My husband and I will never stay at this hotel again...long story short the key card machine on the door stopped working and our things were in the room and it took 2 hours to open it...poor management skills!!

Restaurants and stores are near by and Room isn't that bad but Room with kitchen is great and save money for eating in, not eat out!

The room was clean and good; bed comfortable but tippy (base was not properly aligned); needed more pillows as two for a queen is not enuf and they were very flat; but overall fine; would stay again.

Compare to the price, I feel that the hotel is very good

Overall the room was better than I expected. Seeing that I only paid $35 plus tax. Floor in the room was a little dirty. The room wasn't anything to write home about, but it served it's purpose.

The room was nice but the heater blew out cold air unless on high temperature. Stayed here previously with no problems. Will stay again.

Had a great stay at the Sun Suites in Greensboro. Room was large and had a full size refrigerator with small kitchenette. The staff was nice and responsive.

The room was clean but was unable to take a shower due to the water pressure.

I tried to check in at 8:10 PM but the office was CLOSED. After wandering around I finally found a sign saying they closed at 8PM. What kind of hotel doesn't let you check in after 8? I called the hotel on my phone and got no response. I picked up the courtesy phone and let it ring about 20 times before giving up when a man finally leaned out a second floor window and asked me what I wanted. Then I got checked it. I felt like I was disturbing this poor poor hotel manager by making him come downstairs at 8:10 PM to check me in! What kind of hotel is this? Also, the room smelled liked smoke so I tried to open a window to air it out but there was no security on it. Just a loose fitting screen that faced the walkway. Anyone could just push right in and steal my stuff. The shower was weak so I ended up spending twice as long to get clean. There was no soap and the vent in the room did not work. The Internet was similarly horrible. It lags and lags and lags. Sometimes I would have to refresh a page 5 times and only get it to load 2 minutes after I actually clicked on it. Also there was no cups in the room. On the plus side, it was 5 bucks cheaper than the competition. Next time I will go somewhere else.

I did not like the fact that I could only check in at 3pm but had to be checked out by 11am, not even a full day...when i was checked in my room was still being cleaned (okay at best). My door could be pushed open by the outside without the card, the maintenance man came and fived 4 hours later and the door was slighlty opened on the bottom but locked..no shampoo..but for a one night stay I would do it again for the price, anything more then one day I would not

The hotel is nicely located near I-40, restaurants are nearby. Room has a queen bed, window A/C, sink, refrigerator, microwave, hotplate and toaster, with a small table. Comfortable chair with footrest is a nice touch. TV is old CRT-type with only basic cable channels. Two electrical outlets did not work, including a cracked GFCI outlet near the sink; A/C and refrigerator are noisy, and water in a nearby room repeatedly ran all night long. Overall, the hotel is nothing special, and in need of routine maintenance. For the low price, it's good value for a short stay.

Very average but the price was perfect and it comes with a small kitchen. Didn't anything fancy so this was OK. If you need the fancy "extras" - it's not here. However I would definitely stay here again for the price and the small kitchen.

Stay here when traveling in the area. Always greeted by friendly staff and clean rooms.
