Staff who checked me in was wonderful; however, my non-smoking room smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke. I had to purchase Lysol and had to spray multiple times per day to rid the room of the smell.

Yes the rooms were neglicted the air & heating unit was filled with blaxk mold & dust ,mattress suken the the middle which cause my back to hurt; frame support beams stick out from under foundation cause me to hit my ankles,, patint peeling over bathtub, large gap in entry door where there should have been weather stripping, allowing cold air to come in. I was moved from one prrblem room to the next and a housekeeking staff that did not speak english to understand my housekeeping needs and no phones.

I asked for a couple more pillows and it took 2 visits to the main desk and an additional phone call to receive two wet pillows from staff considerably later. The breakfast bar was clean, but extremely limited in terms of the offerings. There was nothing protein based.
