The owners have created a rural paradise, where you can enjoy the slow pace of unaffected agricultural life. It is an ideal summer location for families or group of friends looking for quiet holidays immersed in the authentic Zakynthian countryside with a private swimming pool and vast garden area.
This amazing summer Villa, expands to two floors. On the ground floor, there is a well equipped kitchen with a small dining table, cozy seating areas for your reading time, an inviting lounge room with views over the pool and a dining area, ideal place for the first spring and autumn evenings. Of course, for the warm summer evenings, just off the living room, on the porch overlooking the pool, another table was prepared for enjoying conversations while you enjoy the food and Zakynthian wine to the sounds of crickets and cicadas. At the same level, there is a bathroom with a walk in shower and one bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace.
A staircase leads to the first floor, with access to three bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk in shower, a double bed and two balcony doors to enjoy the view and the balcony. Of the other two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other two single beds. However, all 4 bedrooms in Villa Verdi are air conditioned and supplied with wardrobes or drawers.
Villa Verdi will be the perfect summer home as it is surrounded by a 6,000 sqm fenced garden with olive trees, fruit trees and an enormous swimming pool (15x5 m) for the exclusive use of its guests. Even though you will feel away from everything, in your rural paradise, Villa Verdi is only 450m away from Vasilikos shopping street and less than 10 minutes away, by car, from some of the most naturally beautiful beaches.
The area of Vasilikos is a beautiful green area with easy access, cafes, taverns and restaurants. There you will find many sandy beaches with clear waters, ideal for exploring and if you are lucky enough, you may see loggerhead turtles or baby loggerhead turtles from a short distance. Vasilikos is an ideal place for those who want to spend their holidays somewhere quiet but not isolated.
