Villa Tara was built from natural stone and has 70 cm thick outer walls that offer a unique living comfort! Cool in summer and warm in the colder season. All windows and doors are fitted with fly screens. The bedrooms can be completely darkened.
In the morning, you will be greeted by the sun, cheerful birdsong and, when you look outside, the many beautiful colors of the island. You can see the White Mountains, the Akrotiri peninsula and look out over the Aegean Sea - simply a magnificent panorama! Relax by your private pool of over 40 square meters.
The 125 square meter villa is divided into two levels, which are connected by a large, wide staircase with 5 steps and a beautiful arch. The magnificent view can be enjoyed from the entire villa.
The spacious living and dining area and high-quality fitted kitchen make up the first level.
The two bedrooms are on the second level. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the bathroom in the second bedroom is right next door.
Both daylight bathrooms each have a large, walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet.
For stays of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning in the middle of the booked period is included.
Outside, the beautiful large pool and the large terrace with a shady pergola await you.
The brick outdoor grill is ready for your grilling skills and the carport provides shade for your car.
The villa stands on a plot of over 2,000 square meters and the garden area is designed in Mediterranean style.
**November 7th - April 30th, prices do not include electricity! Electricity is charged according to consumption.

The pool is not in use from December to the end of March.
The length of stay from December 1st to March 31st is at least 28 nights. During this time, no intermediate cleaning is included.

Rethymnon en toute quietude
Très bel endroit, haut perché du côté d’Atsipopoulo au dessus de Rethymnon. Le plus remarquable c’est la quiétude de ce spot “flamboyant” pour ses couchers de soleil. Il y règne une atmosphère de silence presque de poésie et de méditation! La villa est parfaite tout comme la piscine.. tout est parfait a l’intérieur avec cette grande chambre parentale et la deuxième est bien également avec une salle d’eau séparée.
La villa est de qualité +++ des murs épais de 70cm qui ne laisse pas la chaleur rentrer! Belles finitions …et tout absolument tout est fourni!
Peut-être le seul bémol c’est le chemin d’accès à la villa qui est goudronné sauf les derniers 100 m en côte qui est un chemin non terminé, très caillouteux et avec des ornières… conclusion : un magnifique spot très apaisant au coucher de soleil flamboyant ( nous y étions en septembre 2022) . Les propriétaires qui sont Allemands sont extrêmement aux petits soins des vacanciers.. cher Josef, il faudra refaire le chemin ( en partie bétonné) et.. on reviendra c’est certain…quietude et très belle villa sont les mots d’ordre ! Bon séjour à vous.
