A beautiful hotel with exceptional cleanliness, a lovely pool area, a delicious and healthy breakfast, and most importantly, its wonderfully engaging staff. I was picked up at the bus station by Aries, who kindly carried my suitcase. My suite was spotlessly clean and well-furnished with plenty of fresh towels. The terrace offered gorge sunset views. Hassan was especially kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, I had a fall on the terrace steps. The staff immediately took me to see a doctor. Hassan arranged the taxi and sent Aries to the pharmacy. Hassan and the tall handsome gentleman who worked at the bar (whose name I'm sorry to have forgotten) kindly walked me to the doctor's office and to the taxi station, supporting me along the way. Hassan even brought my breakfast to my room the night before my early flight to Athens. The only big disappointment was that my credit card was charged four days before my arrival, even though I had selected the “pay on arrival" option because I planned to pay in cash. This early charge cost me more due to the rate difference of the “early pay nonrefundable” and “pay on arrival” plus a foreign transaction fee on my credit card. It was disappointing that the hotel did not honor the original payment method.

Amazing hotel, right in the middle of all the action, multiple choices for dining, shopping and gear views. Staff is superb, very helpful and attentive, bkfast was delicious and great choices, I'm very happy we stayed at this place, and highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini.

The reception staff were exceptional. The location was excellent allowing for numerous options for restaurants and bus transportation to Fira, a must do. The hotel is located right on the main walk way of all the shops. The walk to Ammoudi Bay is a must do. You can cab or bus to Black Sandy Beach for an excursion. The room and property is clean.

While there isn't direct vehicle access to the hotel, hotel staff, Alex and his assistant, met us at the drop off area and quickly gather all the bags and lead us to the hotel. They took our bags to our rooms while we checked in with Evaggelia. We settled in and watched the people window shopping. The staff along with Georgia were attentive and always helpful. This was a wonderfully relaxing experience.

Recommended hotel!

This hotel in Oia is a great place to stay. It’s very convenient from the main roads. When searching for a hotel I read many reviews and many advised not staying in Oia due to the noise, but this location was completely quiet. The reception was great at assisting with taxi transfers for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Oia.

Excellent location with most of the sights in Oía within walking distance, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some flight delays getting there which cut short our stay but Evangelia helped us book a day trip and we were still able to cover most of the important stuff. Breakfast was really awesome with lots of choices. The island itself was really nice and pretty and we would love to go back there again.

Property was beautiful! It was amazing to live within Oiea's iconic architecture and within a minute to iconic 3 domes. Service was excellent--- Evangelia was so cheerful and accommodating, breakfast was plentiful and varied (and vegetarian friendly). Property is unique, beautifully decorated and peaceful.
