Great quiet location

Paul the contact was great he waited up to direct us in. Villa size was great with large pool area although 2 sunbeds need replacing. Villa was fully equipped and good air conditioning. Fab balconies on top floor to sit out and enjoy sunrise. Overall great value for money

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr angenehm von Joanne empfangen. Sie hat uns alle wichtigen Informationen gegeben. Der Pool war sehr sauber. 2 x pro Woche kommt jemand zur Poolreinigung. Die Ausstattung im Haus war gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Das Haus war teilweise nicht besonders sauber gereinigt, vor allem der Backofen, Dunstabzug, WasserhÀhnen und einige SchrÀnke waren schmutzig. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Guter Ausgangspunkt um den Westen Kretas zu erkunden

Wir waren im August eine Woche in der Villa in Darmarohori. Wir hatten vom Erstkontakt und der Buchung einen guten Kontakt zum EigentĂŒmer, ebenfalls wurden wir mit Ausflugszielen, Vermittlung von Autovermietung
 versorgt. Am Haus angekommen wurden wir herzlich von Jo begrĂŒĂŸt. Sie kĂŒmmert sich gemeinsam mit ihrem Mann Paul vor Ort um die GĂ€ste und das Haus. Da wir leider einen Stromausfall in der Villa hatten, stand Jo wirklich fĂŒr uns als Ansprechpartner zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Villa selbst ist eine große gut ausgestattete Villa, die ausreichend Platz fĂŒr vier bis sechs Personen hat. Teilweise ist die Ausstattung des Hauses allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Beispiel waren einige der Fliegengitter gerissen oder defekt (oder gar nicht vorhanden). Einige der GartenstĂŒhle aus Rattan sind beschĂ€digt. FĂŒr den tollen Grill in der AußenkĂŒche wĂ€re ein entsprechenden großer Grillrost wĂŒnschenswert gewesen. Was man noch wissen sollte, ist dass der Pool ab spĂ€ten Mittag komplett im Schatten steht. Ein PlĂ€tzchen zum Sonnen findet man allerdings den ganzen Tag ĂŒber. Lage und Umgebung des Hauses waren fĂŒr uns perfekt. Wir konnten von dort aus viele Ausflugsziele im Westen von Kreta erkunden. In die schöne Altstadt von Chania fuhr man knapp 30 Minuten. Restaurants und die StrĂ€nde erreichte man in wenigen Autominuten.

Der Host Paul war sehr freundlich, hat gut informiert und vermittelte ein tolles NachbarschaftsgefĂŒhl. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, im der scheinbar die etwas wohlhabenderen Besitzer eine Finca besitzen. Dennoch ist man schnell am Meer und in der Stadt. Unser Sohn war begeistert von der großen Spielzeugkiste, es gab Strandutensilien und die Feuerstelle war perfekt fĂŒr Grillabende. Die KĂŒche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen...Vielen Dank

Schönes Haus mit tollen Pool und guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Darmarochori- das Haus ist so ausgestattet wie beschrieben (drei Schlafzimmer, zwei BĂ€der) mit einem großen Pool und Grill im Außenbereich, welches wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man gut selber kochen kann. Die Property Manager wohnen direkt nebenan und sind super herzlich. Sie haben sich direkt um alles gekĂŒmmert als wir beispielsweise ein Wespennest im Außenbereich hatten oder die TV-Satelliten Anlage nicht ging. Die Lage ist sehr gut fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung (Chania ca 30 Min, Elafonisi Strand ca 1 Std). Zahlreiche SupermĂ€rkte und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar (ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Das Restaurant Melina im Ort ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Man sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben. Parkplatz direkt vor der TĂŒr. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall zurĂŒck nach Kreta!

Fantastische Unterkunft fĂŒr unseren Familienurlaub auf Kreta!

Wir sind immer noch total begeistert von dieser Unterkunft und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Diese saubere und gepflegte Villa war fĂŒr unseren Familienurlaub (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) geradezu perfekt! Sie lag zentral als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr unsere AusflĂŒge (Elafonisi Beach, Falassarna Beach, Chania, Rethymno, Agia Irini Gorge , Schlucht Lissos etc.) und diente dank der umfangreichen Ausstattung, dem sauberen Pool und dem Grill auch der Entspannung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend in der NĂ€he vorhanden und mit einem Mietwagen in KĂŒrze erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Fabio vor, wĂ€hrend und nach dem Urlaub war sehr nett und hilfreich, und gab uns bereits vor unserem Urlaub das GefĂŒhl, dass man sich kĂŒmmert. (Danke fĂŒr die Tipps!) Thanks Fabio! Und Paul, der Proberty Manager war jederzeit sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein kleines Problem mit der Dusche wurde umgehend behoben. Selbst unsere nĂ€chtliche Ankunftszeit nach 02.00 Uhr stellte kein Problem dar und wir wurden vor Ort herzlich begrĂŒĂŸt. Thanks Paul! Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub den wir vollkommen genossen haben. Das Haus empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit auf Kreta

Relativ kurzfristig gesucht, gefunden und gebucht. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Pool in relativ zentraler und ruhiger Lage. Die Kommunikation vor und nach Anreise mit dem Hausherrn und auch nach Anreise mit den facility manager (ein engl. PĂ€rchen) hat hervorragend geklappt. Wir haben viele tolle Tipps rund um StrĂ€nde, Restaurants, SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, etc. bekommen. Es wurde auch mal netterweise gefragt, ob wir zufrieden sind und alles haben, was wir brauchen. Das großzĂŒgige Haus war mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Es gab auch WLAN, aber leider nur 2,5 GB pro Woche, welches dann auch relativ schnell aufgebraucht war und wir dann zum mobilen Datenvolumen wechseln mussten. Es waren reichlich HandtĂŒcher und BadetĂŒcher vorhanden. Man konnte aber auch jederzeit die vorhandene Waschmaschine nutzen. Der Pool war ein Traum, der auch regelmĂ€ĂŸig von einem Poolboy kontrolliert wurde. Das Haus ist fĂŒr 6 Personen, dementsprechend sind auch Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Von den zwei Balkonen hatte man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer. ParkplĂ€tze direkt vorm Haus oder direkt auf dem GrundstĂŒck. Was wir auch sehr gerne genutzt haben, war der Grillplatz mit Theke und SpĂŒle. Sonnenschirm fĂŒr den Strand mussten wir mal nicht kaufen, es war einer vorhanden. Des Weiteren waren Beachballspiel , BĂ€lle, Taucherbrillen, Schwimmreifen, etc. vorhanden. Von hier aus haben wir einige AusflĂŒge unternommen. Wir hatten ein Auto, welches auch von Vorteil war, da wir diverse StrĂ€nde und Restaurants in der Umgebung anfahren konnten. Unter anderem sehr sehenswert und ungefĂ€hr 25 min entfernt, ist Chania. Der berĂŒhmte Elafonissi Beach ist ca. 1 Stunde entfernt und der fast noch schönere (da nicht so touristisch) Falassarna beach etwa 40 min. Es sind aber auch Kies- und SandstrĂ€nde in direkter NĂ€he vorhanden. Ein Restaurant in der Siedlung ist zu Fuß erreichbar. FĂŒr FrĂŒhstĂŒck gab es im Ort eine gut ausgestattete BĂ€ckerei und mehrere kleinere bis mittelgroße SupermĂ€rkte. Ein Lidl in ca. 15 min Entfernung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefĂŒhlt. Wie werden bestimmt noch mal kommen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und an die Housemanager!

beatiful villa near Chania

the villa is absolutely beatiful! exactly as it is on the pictures. On two floors with pool is located in a very calm area at 10 min from the nearest beach. Chania is just 25min by car and so are other stunning beaches! the advantage is to have Paul and his wife taking care of the house little problems! we'll miss this fantastic experience!

Nous sommes une famille de 5 et nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cette villa. Spacieuse avec toutes les commodités, propre, confortable, extérieur avec belle terrasse, piscine, BBQ. Quel bonheur de retourner à cette maison aprÚs une journée bien remplie ! Fabio nous a donné toutes les informations à partir du début de la location il y a plusieurs mois et ce trÚs rapidement. Il a été aussi présent pour nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée et nous a donné de bons conseils, endroits à visiter, restaurants etc. La maison est située à un endroit idéal, prÚs d'un supermarché et aussi des plages. Falassarna par exemple à seulement 30 minutes. Ne chercher pas plus, cette maison est celle qu'il vous faut. Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de notre séjour en CrÚte.

Nous avons passer deux semaines fabuleuse en famille ,la maison est grande est idéalement situé au calme au beau milieu des collines d'oliviers, tous commerces et services à proximité (4km) La maison est parfaite tous les services décrit dans l'annonce sont conforme, il ne manque rien. Fabio qui nous à accueillie et avec qui nous avons été en contact pendant plusieurs mois est un trÚs grand professionnel et toujours disponible. Service d'entretien de la piscine 2 a 3 fois par semaines par le trés discret et trÚs efficace Dimitri. Bref allez y... We spent two fabulous week in family, the house is large is ideally located in the quiet surroundings of the hills of olive trees, all shops and services nearby (4km) The house is perfect all the services described in the ad are compliant , There is nothing missing. Fabio who hascwelcomed us and with whom we have been in contact for several months is a very professional and always available. Service of maintenance of the swimming pool 2 to 3 times per week by the very efficient Dimitri.Don't essitate go there ...

Super séjour, on reviendra !

Nous avions dĂ©cidĂ© de venir en CrĂšte (premier sĂ©jour) pour les vacances de PĂąques, et nous n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© déçu. Nous avions louĂ© cette villa situĂ©e dans la campagne crĂ©toise sur une petite route bordĂ©e d’oliviers. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© pleinement satisfait de cette charmante maison qui dispose de tout le confort nĂ©cessaire Ă  une famille de 6 personnes : 3 belles chambres, 2 SDB, cuisine complĂ©tement Ă©quipĂ©e, grand frigo, lave-vaisselle, machine Ă  laver, TV Ă  Ă©cran plat, connexion wifi
 Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la cuisine extĂ©rieure et son grand BBQ donnant sur la piscine (de beaux souvenirs J). L’endroit y est calme et reposant, et vraiment proche de la cĂŽtĂ© (3 min en voiture) oĂč l’on peut trouver des supermarchĂ©s et pleins de petits restos sympas Ă  des prix dĂ©mocratiques. Une seule envie, y revenir cet Ă©tĂ© pour continuer Ă  dĂ©couvrir cette belle rĂ©gion !

Absolutely great villa!

Really great villa to spend your best holiday ever in the are a of Chania in Crete.In the house is really missing nothing and you have the plus of the nice private pool, the outdoor bbq area for unforgetable dinnerand the sea view from the balcony of the first floor,We want to come back for sure!

Super séjour

On cherchait du soleil pour les vacances de carnaval et on l a eut ! Super séjour grùce notamment à cette villa complÚtement rafraßchie par les nouveaux propriétaires qui ont tout fait pour que les hÎtes ne manquent de rien ! On a bien profité aussi de la cuisine extérieure et du grand BBQ. On a qu'une seule envie : y revenir en été pour profiter de la piscine et de la magnifique vue sur les montagnes crétoises !

Ciao siamo toranti da poco da Creta ed abbiamo soggiornato in questa magnifica villa!La raccomandiamo a tutti quanti perche' e' una villa stupenda dove potersi godere il massimo delle vacanze.Dentro molto comfortevole e super accessoriata e fuori veramente ideale per trascorrere la mggior parte del tempo grazie alla sua piscina privata e la bellissima zona bbq per memorabili grigliate all'aperto!La posizione poi e' fantastica, propio in mezzo alla natura e pace Cretese!

Amazing holiday

Great experience in this fantastic villa! Absolutely everything was perfect and we enjoy a lot this beautiful place and Chania area!We adore especially the beatifull outdoor area with private pool,bbq and garden.Also the view of the nature of Crete around is wonderful!From the balcony also the sea view is stunning! If you go in Crete-Chania do not miss the opportunity to stay in this property!We would love to come back
