A stunning property, immaculately presented throughout and set within private beautifully landscaped garden areas, lovingly tended to by the owner, with feature palm trees, plants and species from all around the world. The extensive lawn area has swings and slide for children to enjoy.
The space
The property boasts an electronic feature gated entrance leading to the impressive driveway and the property comprises an individual two-bedroom detached maisonette, sleeping five people. There are also several separate studio apartments for larger groups of people.
The beautiful fully private pool area is styled in a modern fashion with mosaic tiling, giving it a real up-market feel and adjacent to the pool is a stunning pergola area, ideal for those lazy summer days and warm evening aperitifs. A huge external kitchen is also available for use by the guests and houses a BBQ, Pizza oven, sink & preparation area and an Al Fresco dining area.
The maisonette accommodation consists of a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, with the 2 bedrooms located on the upper floor, both overlooking the garden/pool area. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, WC and basin. The large main bedroom comprises a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds, with both bedrooms benefiting from external balcony areas. There is an additional sofa bed in the living area. All bedrooms have substantial wardrobe/storage space.
There is a large area for off road parking adjacent to the premises, and for anyone wishing to park within the grounds, there is a secure covered parking area available.
