Thank you so very much to our wonderful hosts Georgia and Dennis. The villa is stunning, a real home from home. Private, peaceful and luxurious. The owners have renovated the villa with taste and charm, the perfect mix of modern with traditional vernacular style. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a truly relaxing break. We loved sitting in the sunshine on the enormous rooftop terrace during the day. In the evenings we lit the open fire and ate in the kitchen dining room, very romantic. The bed was so very comfy with the softest linens. Fluffy towels provided for the bathroom and for the pool. It was too cold to swim but we sat by the pool and dipped our legs. Pool is a really good size, clean and very inviting.
The bathrooms are designed with quality and taste, with the most fabulous showers...we didnt want to get out!
Georgia and Dennis were wonderful hosts, they had thought of everything. A fully stocked kitchen with herbs and spices, condiments, sauces. They left us fruit, vegetables, wines, chocolate, bread, cheese even candles ...amazing hospitality! They had thought of everything. Sunlotions, doedorant, fly spray, toothpaste, toilet rolls, ....so well planned.
The villa is about a 30 minute drive from the airport, easy to find but we arrived late and lost our way in the dark so rang Dennis and he came out to find us...nothing is too much trouble for these lovely people.
Mini markets, beach and restaurants a five minute drive away, perfectly placed close to amenities whilst being peaceful and quiet.
Nothing to fault at all .....6 stars!
