Perfect Family Hotel

We stayed at the Irinna in August. Having arrived later than planned due to a delayed flight, the hotel staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. This high level of customer care continued throughout our stay. Even when the staff were clearly rushed off their feet, they always gave service with a smile and had time to chat. We had an apartment which included a separate large room with double bed, two balconies, bathroom, kitchen area and main living area with two single beds for the children. We found the room to be very comfortable and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space (including hangers). There were towels for the bathroom and separate ones for the pool too. The hotel amenities were great. Firstly, the place is spotless throughout. We came back to a very clean room after breakfast each day. The hotel pools are beautiful and just the right temperature with plenty of sunbeds and shade. Our children would have been happy spending the entire holiday in them! There is a games room downstairs and a playroom for smaller children (which we didn't visit as our two are too old). We were impressed with the 'free to use' pool and beach accessories (floatation aids, bucket and spades etc). The breakfast was lovely, bacon and eggs cooked to order and a good variety of other foods. The Danish pastries were particularly fresh and delicious. The bar seemed well stocked, though we only had a few beers. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rhodes

Bello e confortevole

È stata un'esperienza indimenticabile: la pulizia tutti i giorni ed il cambio asciugamani puntuale ci ha messo nelle condizioni di sentirci a proprio agio per l'intero periodo del nostro soggiorno. In particolare la signora Paola è stata di una cortesia e disponibilità come non ne avevo mai trovate. Ci ha dato informazioni preziose e ricette speciali, da napoletana verace.

Bra vistelse i Faliraki för den som vill bo lugnt!

Valde att bo en bit utanför centrum för lugnets skull och lugnt var det - ingen poolbar som skränade ut musik och inte många andra hotell/barer/pubar med störande inslag. Enda nackdelen med läget var vägen utanför (som vi visste var en huvudväg) som hade skymd sikt vid passage när man kom från stranden.

la camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole. La pulizia è stata puntuale e il personale gentile e disponibile. Paola e Jorge, della reception, ci hanno accolto con simpatia e professionalità, ci hanno consigliato sulle mete da visitare e hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. L'hotel si trova in una posizione un po' defilata rispetto al centro di Faliraki (10/15 minuti a piedi) perciò è tranquillo e lontano dai rumori della vita notturna. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Vicino c'è anche la fermata degli autobus, Noi abbiamo però affittato un'auto per poter visitare l'sola in autonomia, Ci sentiamo sicuramente di consigliare questo hotel.
