I did not like the key had to be put in wall in order for room to have electricity. When we would return from being out it would be hot and we would have to wait to put key in to turn ac on to cool down. Other than that perfect spot next to the beach, friendly staff. Excellent food options

Great family run hotel

Great little hotel family run b&b style. Great location. Only fault is no pool or beach club access. Would be superb if they could arrange guest use of a nearby pool and beach club on Gialos beach. Otherwise I love the little hotel. Was perfect for our level of expectations.

This property is a scam. The front desk lady is nasty and super rude. They do not have breakfast as listed, they do not have restaurants as specified. The pool is only for two suites because it’s a jacuzzi rather than pool as the advertise on expedia. Bathroom was dirty, no soap, a bottle of half used soap was provided. No bath robes, no coffee pot and one of the bed legs broken. Power goes out every 30 minutes, so throughout the night it’s very HOT!I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy! Oh, they didn’t have my reservation somehow they messed that up and forgot to send driver to pick us up at port, so we had to wait 1hr und 104 heat!😡

The view as shown in thr online pictures doesn't capture just how amazing the panoramic view of the beach and surrounds really is. It is totally worth getting a room with a full sea view. The room was really spacious and comfortable.

This property was immaculately clean and big enough for a family of four in the family suite. It is so close to the beach where you can hire beach loungers (with waiter service), do watersports or just swim. There are restaurants along the beachfront which are beautiful. The staff were very helpful - you can hire cars from them - they will book tours for you as well. There is no pool at hotel Anna but with the ocean close by why would you need it. The breakfast was amazing in a restaurant overlooking the view as was our balcony. Also there is a little shop you can buy bits and pieces from like a deli or corner shop type thing not far up the beach. I would definitely stay at hotel Anna again.
