Nice apartment slightly let down by cleanliness

Apartment was large enough for two people. Communication from the owner was fantastic, and they were very helpful even after we'd checked out. Cleanliness wasn't great. All the bits of the apartment you would use and see were perfectly fine, but as a taller person I was able to see dust on top of the fridge. We put a wash on (no detergent provided so we had to buy some), but had nowhere to hang the clothes. We used cupboard doors to hang some bits, but had to clean a LOT of filth off the top of each door. In the window cavities there was some dust and debris which could have been cleaned/cleared away. Also, one of the curtains had lost some hooks so was hanging off. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and a very good location.
