Where do I start I spent one day there but I’ve never experienced such hospitality there the staff the hotel manager Mr. George was nothing less than exceptional What wonderful place surrounded by amazing people and sites I will be definitely be back I even got a picture with mr george He greeted me with such respect and I’ll never forget my stay even if it just one day I recommend this resort for anyone to stay you won’t be disappointed Oh did I mention the food ?? Excellent Hotel and very friendly & helpful staff, but...We booked half board for the convenience of pre-paying. The hotel hadn't realised this on the first night so we were given the "normal menu". After that we had the "Half Board" menu which was very limited in it's offering. So we had some dishes three or more times during the week. Why should we be treated as inferior just because we want to pre-pay?

Zunächst möchten wir darauf eingehen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. + Wir waren angetan von dem Personal beim Frühstück sowie vom Spa, sowie der Hotelkatze + Die Zimmergröße (zwei Etagen) und Neuheit der Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön Nun die Sachen, die uns missfallen haben: - Lärm durch den öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür - Lärm durch dreitägige Drohnenaufnahmen vom Hotel - keine Privatsphäre durch dreitägige Drohnenaufnahmen vom Hotel - keine Privatsphäre, durch Schaulustige Parkende, die beim Vorbeigehen in die Zimmer schauten - Zimmerwechsel erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen und Beschwerde beim Reiseanbieter möglich - Service, Wir wollten keine Drohne mit Kamera über uns, dies wurde mehrfach missachtet. - Zimmerreinigung meist nur auf Nachfrage - Öffentliche Toilette (Dixiklo), die sich vor den Terassen befinden, wurden abgepumpt, der Gestank und Lärm war kaum auszuhalten Insgesamt hätten wir von einem 5-Sterne Hotel eine höhere Qualität an Service sowie Umgebung erwartet.

Das Essen im Restaurant war vorzüglich! Das Personal war so freundlich und familiär. Wir verlassen diesen Wunderbaren Ort mit ein paar Tränen in den Augen aber wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! O staff do hotel é excepcional. Eles não medem esforços para ajudarem ao hóspede com o que for necessário. Como melhoria, eu sugiro avaliarem aumentar a área para o café da manhã, pois teve um dia que, por causa da chuva, não havia mesas suficientes para todos hóspedes. Aqueles que chegaram quando o salão estava lotado, o garçom solicitava para que fizesse o pedido do quarto e tivesse o café da manhã no quarto. Claro, isso sem custo adicional. Mas, acabou gerando um contratempo para os hóspedes, como eu e minha esposa.
