It is located in Tsilivi area just a five minutes drive from the center of Zakynthos town, ten minutes walk from the sandy beach of Tsilivi. The property is the perfect setting for a Mediterranean unforgettable holiday. The villa is carefully designed to offer privacy and supreme comfort for families, friends or couples. The Kitchen and the living room have direct access to the private pool where you can relax surrounded by nature and soak up the warm Greek sun.

The sleeping area is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. The one bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to become a King size bed. Each bedroom has a direct access to a private scenic veranda overlooking the swimming pool area. Villa can accomodate up to 5 guests.

Fantastic
We have just returned from Aguacate (Agave) villa's.Part of a 5 villa complex that is immaculate and very well looked after. All the staff are very courteous and do their very best to keep it so clean and tidy. We had cleaners in every day changing towels and making up our beds. Would we go back? definitely. We have stayed in many villa's across Europe but I can say for certain that this is one of if not the best we have rented. Many thanks to everyone who made our stay superb.

Very nice stay
The property is very clean and everything is well thought through. There is enough space and a very nice pool area with space to sit. The house is near a nice town with shops and restaurants but it's also a great location to make excursions from. We had an amazing experience with very friendly cleaning ladies and also the host was very kind and always answered quickly. I would totally recommend it!!
