Stayed here whilst attending a reunion last week. Excellent staff, spotlessly clean. Stayed in Room 001. Blackout curtains.....excellent bad, water pressure. Just all great! Breakfast most enjoyable. Have stayed here a few times and the standard has remained good. The hotel appeared to be busy but that has no impact on the service in any areas. En route to the room, the Maintenance Man (I assume) was at the door of the next room.....he very kindly said "I will just check you have no problems with the key". There wasn't, but the keys are a little different from what I am used to... I should explain its the way the arrow points! Thoughtful staff!

Stayed for a night at the hotel. Easy check in, nice room, decent price. Meal in evening pretty expensive for the choice and quality, but tasty enough. My problem was in the morning. It comes with an inclusive breakfast in the price. When I opened the food warmer to take some items, a big plume of steam came out and a lot of boiling water shot out and covered my tshirt, jeans and bare arms. The kitchen staff came out and asked what was wrong. I showed him the water everywhere, my clothes and my burnt arm to be advised 'thats a bit strange, shouldn't of done that!'. No asking how I was, just spent time looking at the warmer. I am a trained nurse and was heading to the toilet to get my arm under cold water, when I was approached from one of the staff from reception who had seen a commotion. Explained I'd talk later as I was scalded and trying to get under cold water. To give her praise, she fetched a burn kit and offered it to me. The burn was under cold water now and was not blistering. I commented that it was lucky it was an adult and not a child, as the amount of water that hit me and the level would have hit a childs face. I went back to my family, and was surprised to see that there was people still using it. I approached reception to query this to be told that it was breakfast time and was needed and that they had a member of staff posted to make sure to look out for future incidents. Maybe they have to wait for a second injured guest before it is an issue? The staff had looked out paperwork for me to complete and sign to describe what had happened. I was unfortunately in a hurry and asked for them to be emailed to me. 8 hours later, no email or phone call to see if I'm ok. The hotel is fine, and staff are great. I would recommend, but stick to the cornflakes!

I booked 2 room's here for the Easter weekend break. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. This hotel comes with free wifi, parking and buffet breakfast which we all thought was lovely (one thing i can suggest is the fruit juice needs to be kept cold as it was rather warm!) Ideal for families wanting a break, Close to Glasgow/Dumbarton etc. I would stay here again,

I walked here from the station and had a friendly and quick check in. There is a lift. The room facilities were very good particularly a useful 'handy phone' which you could use for free calls and internet and take out to the local area with you. Do be careful of the hot water which came out of the tap dangerously hot. Whilst largely clean the ceiling in the bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was included with a reasonable choice though things are left out in warmers. There was no porridge, jam or honey. I had a latte from the machine but it came out without any coffee. They have a 'grab and go' bag which means you are allowed to fill it with breakfast items. A very good idea for a business hotel. It was easy to walk along the waterfront from the hotel. There is plenty of parking. Pity it doesn't offer an evening menu. Nice staff.

Situated close enough to the town centre and within walking distance of train station, this hotel has ample parking also. The rooms are very clean and well serviced. The staff are the the strong point of this hotel, they are always helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is perfect to set you up for the day with a good selection of choice to cater for most tastes. We have stayed here many times and it has the added bonus of being dog friendly with only a small reasonable charge. Our Chihuahua, "Kitty McSporran" loves it and the staff. Well done to all 😀

Situated on the edge of Greenock and next to the ee mobile call centre. The staff are both very helpful and pleasing to speak too. During the short stay the only real issues were a cracked tile and the toaster which could burn bread if left unattended. On our arrival we were given one room which was changed to another easily once complained about. However having said this the reason for the change of room was sorted out with out any hassle to a recently refurbished room. The resturant offers both continental and traditional breakfast as well as meals throughout the day. Generally a very pleasing location to stay.

We stayed here overnight while up for a funeral ,the hotel was excellent the rooms were really nice and spacious ,we had a meal in the evening which was good value and the breakfast was superb ,all the staff were really pleasant top marks ! Even so a fox sat on the grass next day ,

I recently stayed here while in Greenock and I have to say that the staff made the visit for me. Always a happy hello and all were happy to help. I think her name was Helen (I'm not the best with names) but she helped me with an issue from my first night and resolved it quickly and professionally... but always with a friendly smile. The breakfast was great every morning and the room was clean and tidy.. the housekeeping staff were also so friendly. The only thing was it could be quite noisy as it was close to the main road, but I got used to it after the first 2 nights... I will happily stay again and would happily recommend it to anyone. Thank you to everyone there 😁

Recently spent a week here dealing with family business. The rate paid was very good value and included a cooked breakfast which offered a good variety of hot and cold food in very clean surroundings. The bedroom was comfortable although a little tlc is needed in places. Bed was very comfortable and we both slept well and room heating was easy to control and was cosy. Shower worked well, was powerful and walk in which I prefer. Hotel is very handy for local amenities. Having stayed at all the other hotels locally this would now be my first choice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Just be careful when booking as oddly they have smoking rooms which is unusual these days.

A 1 night business overnight stay was great value. Rooms are modern and bright, with large TV (Freeview channels). Heating / Cooling system is efficient without being noisy. Friendly attentive staff. Plenty of parking for cars/vans. Nice buffet breakfast in with the room rate covering English/Continental options.
