Probably one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. Value for comfort was good. Breakfast area is on the small side but descent options. Highly recommend staying here. If you need to be near the hospital it's a wonderful option.

Very quiet neighborhood, parking was adequate. The room was just what we needed for an overnight stay on our way to Drumheller Canada. Breakfast was eggs, biscuits and gravy, choice of hot and cold cereals, yogurt, juices, a good variety of breads and bagels. It's a well kept older hotel so the rooms are small and the bathroom is very small. Still, a great value and we are staying there again on our return home.
