Do not stay at this hotel. It is in need of a complete overhaul. The carpet is gross, the rooms are not cleaned well. The bathtub/shower was disgusting. The towels we were given had stains on them. The drain was broken. The floors were not cleaned well. The bathroom door looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The only reason we stayed was because it was really late and we had to get up early to continue our trip.

This place has improved immensely since the last time we stayed several years ago. The room we had was clean, bright and cool. Lots of room to move around. The hotel itself looked fresh and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the pool was much smaller and they removed the water slide.

Our room was right by the pool. It reeked of chlorine, mildew, and mold. Additionally, we were kept up by kids screaming for a couple of hours after we went to bed, and once they quieted down, the air conditioner and several other old utilities kept us awake with strange noises all night. The shower never got fully warm either. We left after our first night, and couldn't get our money back for our second night since we'd booked through Expedia.

This was the first place Ive stayed the didnt have coffee out during the day. On Sunday they had coffee till 8:30a. They weren't going to make anymore. At $304 a night you think they could make another pot of coffee. We booked it because it showed a Waterslide and it dodnt have one. Thats an old picture. Grandkids were disappointed.

Got a family suite which was basically adjoining rooms, one was a suite with king bed the other with 2 queen. It was fantastic and great value. Staff were great and the rooms are pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Just okay.

The service was great, but the stay was not very comfortable. I was booked on the first floor right outside the lobby, which was extremely loud all night. My room also had a connecting room, which had people staying in it which were also very loud and everything echoed. They had a dog staying with them that cried the entire time they left the room (which isn’t the dogs fault). I felt terrible for the dog! I turned my tv up really loud to try to drown out all the sounds from the lobby. The heat wouldn’t consistently work and kept turning off and resetting to 65.

Room very out dated. Bathrooms so small you can hardly turn around without bumping into something. Hotel seemed very unclean. Stained and sticky floors in both elevators. Corners and floorboards of entire hotel looks dirty and sloppily painted over. Pool had sheen on top with floating hair and particles. Hot tub has gross build up on walls that feels awful and gritty when you are sitting in there. “Waterslide” is outdated and looks like it’s never been cleaned before. Tv didn’t work and when I called the front dear I was instructed to mess with the cables on the back of the tv till it works. I never did get it working. Doors are tricky and if you don’t pull it all the way shut and do it hard it won’t latch all the way and you can easily push your way into the room. As women staying alone this was pretty terrible. I really wish I would have paid more attention to the bad reviews . I could have stayed at a much newer hotel for the same price. The employees were friendly and let us into the pool when the key card wasn’t working. The pool was dirty. Floors obviously hadn’t been cleaned in there for a long time. Under construction and has been for years. Disappointing. Definitely not a good hotel for Kids
