Friendly staff,Clean, Maid service was on time and efficient, front desk staff warm and informative . Breakfast was amazingly fresh every morning.This hotel's amenities were gracious ,beds changed, floors vacuumed daily, Bed felt so good.The location was great and within walking distance to great shopping as well as "Jakers" restaurant another GREAT choice in Great Falls. This hotel is a 'first choice" and should be for anyone travelling to the Great Falls area. It is very easy to give this hotel a 5 star rating.Teresa our Breakfast host was EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating.
I went to Great Falls for the birth of my first grandson and stayed at the Fairfield Inn.Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.Sally Schlim the breakfast hostess stands out,because she made us feel like family.She took the timeout to tell us places to visit and the history of this beautiful city.The entire staff sets a standard of excellence ,that will be hard to beat.
Not many gems in a town like Great Falls, but what the area lacks, this Marriott property makes up in kind natured employees. Jason and Theresa have been wonderful throughout the checkin/ out process and helpful with my breakfast accommodations. My stays have always been pleasant.
We were on the road after taking wrong turn in Utah which put us 8 hours extra travelling on the road. We drove into Great Falls looking for convenient location since I would be without transportation. We have stayed at numerous Fairfields and this one wasn't as expected. Although the rooms very clean, but small and not worth 125$ a night. The location great for shopping and walking, but definitely for the single traveler with a short stay.
I was sent to Great Falls for my work and I got the most amazing guest service from them! The front desk folks were super nice and greeted me when I would enter and leave. The breakfast was good I just wish it was open a little later with my job being later in the day but oh well such is the late night life. The building was nice and clean, Bonnie the housekeeper was amazing! She made my bed with the blankets I brought from home, cleaned the fan I brought with me to drown out the noise and left me nice notes that showed she cares about the guests that she helps. She went above and beyond constantly and it made my experience amazing. Its hard to be away on business during the holidays and the staff made it feel like home. So thank you for being so amazing!!!
This hotel was dirty, disorganized and old. They only had an ice machine on the first floor and all the staff were surly at best. It is not in the greatest neighborhood and based on the lengths to which the facility goes to save money I would be surprised if they stay open much longer.
This is the second time we have stayed here and it is the best! Very clean, well taken care of and friendly staff. The beds and pillows are like clouds! The rooms are good size with fridge, micro, coffee maker. Good variety at breakfast-the breakfast attendant is so friendly, efficient,a joy in the morning. We were lucky enough to get Bonnie's floor again. The rooms are spotless and she is so friendly and warm. It makes you feel like you are at home. That is what keeps us coming back!
I was here w/my high school soccer team for which I required a 2 hour "study hall" b/c I had them on the road all weekend. As soon as Sally heard that she got to work bringing in extra chairs, posting pots of coffee and increasing the already excellent breakfast bar. Best service I've ever had in a situation where many hotels dread having high school kids in the house.
Right from the moment I walked in the door, Kirsten was super friendly and really helpful. EVERYONE in that hotel smiled and said hello, even the housekeepers. It was genuine too, not because they were "supposed" to greet guests. Room was clean, breakfast was the usual with plenty of options. Totally recommend this hotel, it's great!
Kirsten, Jason, Sally and Bonny are the BOMB! I haven't had service this great, informative and helpful in many years. My family and I will come back on vacation here because of the way we were treated and welcomed everyday! Thanks all,
