Here’s a polished version of your review: --- This was a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. When the heat and air wouldn’t turn on, we called the front desk and within 10 minutes two maintenance workers arrived. They quickly moved us to a new room and even offered to help with our belongings. Outstanding service!

This was not at all what I expected based on the reviews and pictures. The breakfast had spoiled yogurt in the fridge that luckily I checked. The waffle batter was liquid and not batter and when I asked for more they said it would not be available until the next day. Not very clean and not very friendly.
