The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok.

Room was clean however wall control unit for heater did not work. Shower took a very long time to provide warm water, not hot, and pressure wasn’t great. The breakfast was okay but nothing I’d come back for. We stayed at this same hotel in October and had a positive experience which was why we booked again (Fantastic breakfast tha time). We were not as pleased with our stay this time.

The overall facility was extremely dirty. When I made it to the room, I found Hair and filth in the shower sink and floors. The bed linens were dirty and had and odor even the towels were washed, but not with care it was like they tried to wash too many towels at once and an odor still lingered. Not the kind of experience that I was expecting when I was on my Home after working a few days away. The staff was friendly to check in.

The room was very spacious and clean. Shower had good water pressure and never lost hot water. Breakfast was very good. They had oatmeal with toppings, which is my favorite. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the slowness of receiving the deposit. It took 2 weeks and my husband had to chase it down.
