Room was clean however wall control unit for heater did not work. Shower took a very long time to provide warm water, not hot, and pressure wasn’t great. The breakfast was okay but nothing I’d come back for. We stayed at this same hotel in October and had a positive experience which was why we booked again (Fantastic breakfast tha time). We were not as pleased with our stay this time.

The exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Had to leave the door open when showering. The plug in the sink once pushed woundnt pop up making the water stay in the sink. Not enough plug outlets. Key only worked for 1/2 day then quit opening up the door had to have them open it for us.

The overall facility was extremely dirty. When I made it to the room, I found Hair and filth in the shower sink and floors. The bed linens were dirty and had and odor even the towels were washed, but not with care it was like they tried to wash too many towels at once and an odor still lingered. Not the kind of experience that I was expecting when I was on my Home after working a few days away. The staff was friendly to check in.

The room was very spacious and clean. Shower had good water pressure and never lost hot water. Breakfast was very good. They had oatmeal with toppings, which is my favorite. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the slowness of receiving the deposit. It took 2 weeks and my husband had to chase it down.

The floor was so extremely dirty. Obviously, the guests before us had stepped into dirt or mud and the floor didn’t even appear to have been swept or mopped for sure. The was a nasty build up on the entire floor and our feet we absolutely gross just from going from the bathroom to the bed.
