A hotel chain should not get their mattress from same place that makes their pillows. The mattress was horrible and the bed was squatting - the height of a toddler bed

The property is great. Expedia, not so much. First ever issue with them after using them for years. But after talking with other folks, I’m realizing this is happening more and more. Don’t plan to make that mistake again.

A pleasant surprise

The attendant at the desk when we arrived was smiling and very friendly. Our double bed room was very clean and seems to be recently updated. The bathroom was also just as clean, which in balmy book is always a plus with a pristine bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was decent. I prefer a hot option, but there was a variety: cereals, waffle and bagels, etc.. Great stay!

Wonderful stay!

Lovely! I'm traveling across the country and have stayed in some dodgy hotels (including some rough Days Inns) but this one was not only squeaky clean with very friendly service, but you could tell by the room and public areas that the people working there took pride and care in their jobs. It made all the difference!
