The room was spotless and the hot tub was wonderful! The outside appearance of the hotel does not do the inside justice. The staff especially Echelle was the highlight of the stay.

Here’s a polished version of your review: --- This was a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. When the heat and air wouldn’t turn on, we called the front desk and within 10 minutes two maintenance workers arrived. They quickly moved us to a new room and even offered to help with our belongings. Outstanding service!
