Fomos em um dia de pouco movimento, atendimento de todos os funcionários estão de parabéns, foram muito atenciosos e sempre fizeram o possível pra deixar tudo perfeito em nossa estadia inclusive com o aniversário de minha filha! - Hotel velho e sem manutenção - No segundo dia tivemos de trocar de quarto porque o esgoto do banheiro estourou - Nos quartos, ha apenas um criado mudo, TV velha, descolorida e com péssima sintonia nos poucos canais disponíveis. - O animador responsável pela recreação fica varias horas do dia gritando e tocando música na piscina. Nem pense em descansar. À noite (sábado) a recreação continua com o animador inventando brincadeiras com a criançada correndo pelos corredores do hotel, enquanto uma banda toca no salão de jantar e o som invade os quartos. - Porta do quarto empenada (tranca no chao dificultando abrir e fechar). O rangido da porta do quarto vizinho incomodava toda vez que a porta era aberta. - As tomadas foram fixadas na cabeceira da cama na altura do travesseiro, então o hóspede dorme com o travesseiro sobre o carregador de celular. - Por segurança, mesmo durante o dia se deixar o quarto, recomenda-se ao hospede trancar o janelão pois as sacadas dos quartos se intercomunicam. - As águas termais disponíveis na banheira do quarto só passavam a jorrar após várias reclamações junto à recepção do hotel. - Por fim, o sistema de aquecimento das refeições não funciona satisfatoriamente e vários pratos são servidos mornos.

Bom pra descansar

Ficamos em um quarto muito bom, porém tinha alguns vazamentos no banheiro, o maior problema foi com a conexão da internet! Péssima, tive que usar a móvel a todo momento, no mais é muito bom, comida boa, recepção, bar com drinks muito bons, piscina legal, ficamos mais no parque que o hotel da acesso! Vale a pena!

As instalações são antigas e pouco conservadas. A limpeza diária nos quartos deixou a desejar, no primeiro dia nem as toalhas trocaram, apenas arrumaram a cama. Fiquei hospedado de 29/12 a 01/01/24 e não tiraram o papel higiênico do banheiro do quarto. Pelo valor da diária cobrado a alimentação podia ser melhor. Os animadores eram muito fracos, apresentaram poucas opções para diversão. Se ativeram a uma simples hidroginástica nos segundo e terceiro dia de hospedagem e no primeiro apesar de programado não teve.

Pagamos mais por um quarto com banheira e a experiência foi a pior possível. A cada uso do chuveiro o banheiro alagava, pois não havia sequer uma cortina. Dinheiro jogado fora, além do estresse a cada banho. No mais o hotel é bom.

Foi muito boa minha estada no Hotel Termas do Lago, hotel antigo que foi reformado e agora pertence à rede termas do gravatal. Hotel simples mas confortável, com excelente piscina com àgua termal, quartos com sacada, banheiras nos quartos, funcionários atenciosos. Minha única recomendação seria para melhorarem o cardápio de carnes no almoço e no jantar colocar um cardápio mais leve. Recomendo o hotel, que tem um preço mais acessível que os demais da rede.

Hotel antigo, simples e rústico.

Hotel antigo e simples, necessita reformas... Quarto sem decoraçāo, sem gaveteiro para colocar as roupas e o armario não tinha prateleiras, só cabides... As roupas tiveram que ficar nas malas.... TV de tubo, não funcionou, mas depois trocaram... Ar condicionado estava quebrado, mas também trocaram. Banheiro antigo, pia simples, sem bancada e chuveiro elétrico. O café da manhā e refeições eram bons, mas sem luxo e tinham moscas nos alimentos. Funcionarios simpáticos e prestativos. Piscina do hotel era boa e quente, mas o parque aquático era muito cheio e meus filhos, acima de 10 anos, não puderam usar o tobo-água principal... Só vale a pena para crianças pequenas, abaixo de 10 anos. Nāo retornaremos neste hotel.
