Unser ruhig gelegener und bewirtschafteter Bauernhof liegt im idyllischen Ort Rottau. Von unserem Hof aus, haben Sie einen tollen Blick in die Berge. In der Ferienwohnung I haben Sie zwei separate Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile sowie einen Wohnraum mit TV und Dusche/WC. Die Wohnung ist für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet. Die Ferienwohnung II verfügt über eine separates Schlafzimmer und einen Ostbalkon. Beide Wohnungen befinden sich im 2 Obergeschoss. Diese Wohnung ist für bis zu 2 Personen geeignet. Unsere Zimmer verfügen alle über ein Doppelbett, Dusche/WC und Balkon. Im Aufenthaltsraum befindet sich eine Kochgelegenheit die Sie jederzeit nutzen können. Im Garten gibt es für die Kleinen einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Trampolin, Schaukel, Rutsche und Sandkasten. Eine Grillgelegenheit, große Liegewiese und Fahrradunterstellplätze sind vorhanden. . Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Schloss Herrenchiemsee oder verschiedene Bergbahnen erreichen Sie von uns gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem Auto. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
