Extremely friendly and helpful registration staff. Rooms are a little small, old and in need of remodeling. Cleaning could be improved. Hot water and the bed was very comfy. We could not get wi fi. You get what you pay for.
Nice comfortable Interstate travel stop over. The property could be more attractive to seniors if they put in an elevator.
We arrived before 3 and were very unpleasantly told our room wasn't ready and to come back at 3. There was a Walmart next door so we went and bumped around for about 45 minutes to kill time. When we returned, the check in clerk was watching her friend detail her car and so we had to wait an additional 5 minutes. At this point we had been in the car for close to 10 hours so we really just wanted to get settled. There were no cups in the room but we brought our own so not a problem. We understand budget travel. The toilet was moldy. The shower was dirty and or stained. OK. Bad sign. When it was bed time I turned back the sheets only to discover my side of the bed was largely stained. I slept fully dressed on top of the covers. Washed my hair in the sink and got out of there as fast as I could. I would never ever stay there again.
Was very tired and pulled in to get room. Very friendly desk clerk. Quick service. Would stay again if in area and needed a room. Denny's within walking distance. Quick on and off to I40. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Did not stay for breakfast and did not use internet.
it is easy to find, but I would have wanted a cleaner pavement at the entrance to the hotel and to our room. I would have preferred our door to be on the inside of the building.
Super 8 hotels are usually very consistent in the guest relations, comfort and location. It works for me!
The hotel cleanliness was okay but not good. The area around the hotel was not clean. The hotel is pet friendly and the price economically. The check in was okay but not great and the check out was slow.
We have stayed at some very nice Super 8 hotels, but this one was not one of them. The lobby has recently been updated with new carpeting and furniture and looks beautiful, but the rooms are very old and dated. It was very quiet for sleeping and the bed was very good. The rooms were very dimely lit. I actually wanted to call down to the desk and ask if they had any brighter light bulbs. They couldn't have been more than a 25 watt bulb. It was so dark in the room, I could not see to put my makeup on in the morning. They need to put in brighter lights, we have never seen anything this before. When we went for breakfast the next morning I asked where the tea bags were as I don't drink coffee. They told me they didn't have any. How could a hotel run out of a staple? Very disappointing.
Mold in toilet. Was like the room hadn't been occupied for a long time, and needed recleaning. Beds each only had 1 flat pillow. Mattress was uncomfortable.
I can say that I got good value for what I paid but there was nothing particularly notable one way or another. I will give the staff credit for being helpful however.
