Check-in was fast and very helpful. Location is very convenient, room was clean, shower had been nicely updated. Coffee brewer microwave and fridge fine. Unfortunate in the bed was super squeaky squeaky and I was tempted to lift the mattress up to see what was going on underneath there. Very uncomfortable bed. Pool was nice, but hot tub was out of order. Hot waffles were great in the morning with coffee.

There was an insect found under the comfotrt on the bed, and linens have dirt stains. We called front desk and they quickly responded and moved us to another room. But of course, we fill uncomfortable already, we checked the bed linens and ended up getting our own blankets and car pillows to use overnight. We washed them when we reached home. Staff are nice, dont get me wrong, but they can only do so much. The building needs a lot of fixing!

Convienent access to I-40 but remote from the rest of Grants, NM. Walkable dining options nearby are chain restaurants available throughout the U.S. Were it not for the srrounding NM desert the nearby amenities could be found anyplace in the U.S.

Room was shockingly dirty, somebody else’s hair on the sink. Floor wasn’t even swept, walking across the floor after a shower the bottoms of my feet were black. Buttons on TV remote didn’t work. Drywall in the bathroom wasn’t finished. Water damage on the ceiling above the shower. The TV was covered in some kind of brown substance. This room was a DUMP.
