Girl trip from Colorado to Phoenix. Got a killer deal on the room. Was given a wonderful reccomendation for supper. Pool area, office area, hallways and parking lit were clean. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Wasn't much selection for beeakfast. Needed toast other than white, maybe pastries and boiled eggs or peanut butter for proteins. Otherwise, glad this was our stop for the night.

The room had missing light bulbs, refrigerator didn't work, no ice bucket or glasses, had an unpleasant smell, was noisy, security seemed poor, and the doors didn't fit well. Overall suggest you...pass it by.

The price is relatively low so we were not expecting much. The parking lot, building and rooms are all in need of repair and updating. The window frame in our room was broken and there was a significant amount of mold between the inner and outer windows. Breakfast would have been very basic even if everything had been stocked properly. The front desk staff seemed put out when I mentioned that some food items had run out. Beds were fine and the bathroom was clean but quite old.

Dirty room...pool and spa was out of order...breakfast was just waffle and bags of oatmeal thats it ...no breads,no fruit ,no muffins .. worst super 8 I ever been to

I had made reservations for two rooms for Thursday July 20, 2017 since we were going to get there Friday 07/21/2017 in the morning. When we got there at 8am, they said my reservation was for arriving Friday afternoon. She was very rude qbout it and said she would not have any rooms available until check in time which was 3pm. My daughter had her two small children who had been on the road for 12 hours, mind you we were there for my mom's funeral. y daughter had to rent a room at the travel lodge next door, and they accommodated her that morning. When I went back to the office the owner was there and he asked what was wrong I told him and immediately the girl who was now not rude now, said she could have a room ready by 12, noon. I was very stressed out with funeral arrangements, that I was glad I had a room. No hot water in the mornings, and their breakfast consists of coffee and dry cereal they did not even have pastries, Next time I will stay at the travel lodge.

I would not stay here again due to the quality of the room. This hotel is in need of a huge remodel. The carpets in the hallway are dirty and stained. The room while spacious had the same dirty carpet. The chair at the table was stained. Similar to what another traveler observed, we too had a dirty tub in which to shower in. The toilet was looking just as bad. The pillows, if that's what you want to call them, for the bed were 3 squares. The pillowcases were tucked in because they were so small. And no, we didn't receive a phone call from the front office asking how our accommodation were. Only positive things I can say is that the staff was friendly and they had coffee in the room, which wasn't utilized but was in their breakfast room. Breakfast was very scant; coffee, juice, 2 kinds of cold cereal, milk which was left on the countertop with out any type of refrigeration, yogurt, 3 sad apples and a waffle maker.

Our one bed was too small, and the tv didn't work right. The extra bed was $10 more. Call the office about the tv, at the end we got another room with two beds :) and the tv workers.

I made the mistake of not checking cleanliness of room when I checked in. There were obvious stains on sheets. The next morning I had to go without a shower because the tub was disgusting! It was not even wiped down and still had hair (looked like pubic hair) from the previous people who stayed in the room.

I reserved 3 rooms, 1 being accessible, on-line with the hopes that the pictures on-line were current. I called and requested a 4th room before our departure to be adjoining the double room, When we arrived they had the adjoining room to the one-bed accessible room. We took it, but it was not what we requested. The room walls including the bathroom were dingy, the bathtub was stained and had no hot water at 4 in the afternoon for showers. We arrived early to let our children swim and we relax in the hot tub prior to the function we were attending. It was apparent the pool area had not been cleaned in months, the hot tub was disgustingly dirty, bugs everywhere in the water, jets did not work and it smelled like algae. the pool seemed decent,. The note instructed to get pool towels from the front desk. I waited over 10 minutes, I tried calling as instructed on the phone on the desk and only received a busy signal, after 7 phone call attempts, I opened and closed the front door so the bell could be heard-still no response. Finally after the calls, the door and walking the halls, the guy appeared down he hall with a phone in his hand, rather bugged but did hand me the towels. Just a definite NO for our next stay

Bathroom was awful. Faucet could not be turned on unless you held it in place with one hand. Toilet not seated properly and rocked back and forth banging the wall. No hot water. Mattress so saggy couldn't set on bed without sliding. Handicap parking taken by non handicap drivers. Plug ins so loose hard to kerp phone charger plugged in. Pool closed. But hey, the room appeared clean
