The check in was quick and the desk agent was awesome. No elevator at this property and the was nice but the lock was broken and the handle for the shower was messed up. We enjoyed breakfast and everyone was nice. The room was very big!

Arrived April 29th and was told the computer system was down. Desk ckerk said i could wait, come back later or she would cancel my reservation and i could go else where. Told her to cancel. She said as soon as the computer comes back up she would cancel and email that she did. As of today they are showing i checked out on the 30th, so i out 8,000 points and can't get them back from anyone.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no elevator (I have knee issues) but the stairs were not bad, not steep so they were easy to navigate. The only issue was hauling our things to the room, multiple trips. Upon opening the door to the hall, it had a bit of an odor and the carpets are in a dire need of cleaning, however the room was clean. The staff was helpful getting us a room in which I could see the car, and the staff that was doing the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The shower worked great, which can be an issue in some hotel rooms. The area seemed to be a safe area, I did not see anything that would alarm me about security.

There turned out to be an issue with my reservation, even though I booked it online with Choice Privileges, and so I was upgraded to a suite. The room was large, with a comfortable king bed, and a separate area with a couch. A microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker were also in the room. The room was somewhat clean and overall satisfactory though they need to vacuum carpets better and bathrooms could be overseen better. Shower had good water pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfast was decent with eggs and bacon, yogurt, breads and pastries, and make your own waffles. Wifi was free but super duper slow. Staff at the front desk could stand to use some training at customer service and acknowledge waiting guests.

I try to stay at Choice hotels when they get decent reviews since I get a good organization discount as well as accumulating points. I got a room here for $82 including tax and felt like I did okay--not great but ok. We were on the first leg of our Arizona vacation and Grants was as far as we felt comfortable driving, so we gave this Quality Inn a shot. As we were leaving check in, a traveler came in asking for a room rate and was quoted $101 by the desk clerk. I will say that I do not think this is a $101 dollar a night hotel. Check in was quick and neither friendly or unfriendly. Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel a bit dated, perhaps. Nice large sitting area next to the breakfast area was a good addition. Pool was a bit chilly for me so we sat in the hot tub. It was very over chlorinated. Almost milky white water. We came away from it reeking of chlorine and almost shiny sticky from it. Several nights later we stayed at a place with sparkling clean hot tub, gently chlorinated--so we were very sure this one was not so great. Railroad noise did not bother us at all. Breakfast was simple but adequate: waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. If you're not looking for fancy this would probably do for a night passing through.

Passing through for work needed a room to stay. Nice rooms, nice sized bathroom with fan, had a fridge, microwave, direct tv. Sliding windows. Property had an indoor pool and hot tub. Walmart close by.

The room was large and clean, the beds comfortable. However the wi-fi did not work at all for much of the evening that we stayed there. This was really the only problem we had. The breakfast was good, and the room was quiet even though it faced the RR tracks.

Disappointing! Appeared clean and staff was good! Breakfast selections slim and so-so. NO ADA ENTRANCE - UNHEARD OF IN 2017! Hard for regular folks with luggage! Bathroom fixtures and wallpaper need replacement!

My son (18 yrs old) was traveling from South Georgia to California and needed to stop over night. The clerk I spoke to (Samantha) to set up this hotel for my son was SUPER HELPFUL!!! She went out of her way to help us so he didn't have to sleep in his car! THANK YOU SAMANTHA!!! :)

I've stayed here before and have not had any problems The service at the front desk is fine The hotel has been around awhile but the rooms are clean. The only major drawback is not having enough plugin for the laptop and phone. The rates are good.
