Booked a room, showed up and they claimed there was no rooms left, put us in a smoking room, made for a horrible sleep, with work the next day. Over charged our credit card by 600$ took 5 days to get it back.

Staff are excellent, especially at reception. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast at Monica's was perfect. Oh and it was so quiet. Definitely staying here again.
