Unfortunately pool was down for maintenance, and microwave start button wouldn’t work (every other button worked fine) but the lady at the front desk made the stay amazing. Within a few minutes of being in room she called to make sure everything was good, when we had problems finding ice and using microwave she personally came to the room to deliver ice and heat our food else where. The lady in the morning was extremely nice and helpful made checking out seamless.
