First room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. Second room smelled of cigarette smoke. Third room was better but bathroom wasn't fully cleaned (hairs in the shower). Viktor was very apologetic and helpful but I would never stay here again.

My suite was large like an apartment with two adjoining rooms for an amazing price! The hotel has a bar and starbucks inside. There is also a Kpot just a few steps away. You can take a short walk to that mall and Fredrick Meijer Gardens and Sculpture park is a short drive away.

The concierge team were very pleasant, morning and evening shift. The hotel was clean, the bar and inside Starbucks and the inside pool with water slide were pluses for me. I would stay there again and refer to a friend or family member any time.

The airport shuttle was extremely slow to come. When I got to my room, there was no central light switch by the room door. It was dark and I had to enter a dark room to find the lamp by the bed. Furthermore, my door look didn't work and when I told managment he said "Yeah, I know what you are talking about," but it was not addressed.

There was no one at the coffee shop to serve. Apparently the same person also is the shuttle bus driver and was very busy shutteling people to the airport. There was a coffee maker in room but no coffee. Only decaf. There is no where within walking distance to eat or get a cup of coffee
