Seemed brand new. Everything was really nice. Only issue was the TV. At first the remote didn't work. They fixed that but then the TV didn't get a signal for the cable. They fixed that right away also but then the next morning the TV didn't have signal again. I'm sure they will get that under control and it is a very nice hotel.

Staff cordial. Check in slow...technical issies. Room clean.

Very good. The location was not ideal because it is on a very busy street and there is no stoplight entrance/exit. Proceeding from the parking area onto eastbound 28th street traffic is nearly impossible and could be dangerous to attempt.

There are no restaurants in the immediate area around hotel. When I asked the desk clerk for recommendations, she said she didn't know the area at all. Also, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There was a type of breakfast casserole, but no description of what was in it. It also did not look appetizing. Don't be surprised if someone gets sick after eating the breakfast. I watched a hotel employee empty the trash cans, with her bare hands. She then stocked the biscuits and the muffin/bagel drawer using those same bare hands. When I saw this I didn't take another bite. I'd have to know that employees were properly trained before I ever came back to this location.

Spacious rokms, clean, very friendly staff. Free breakfast was a great way to start the day. Eggs, waffles, sasuage and variety of breads an muffins.
