Great price just what we needed. This review is ridiculous and obnoxious

Although the rooms were clean, the pool and the hot tub hadn't been cleaned properly in some time ( there was green algae on the sides and bottom. Looked like pieces of stick or food also in the bottom of the hot tub ) the staff was courteous. Needless to say we did not use the pool or hot tub! And will not be staying there again.

My fist impression of the hotel was that it was really outdated. The toilet looks like its been sat on wayy too many times and the paint is actually peeling off of it. Shower curtain was ripped, cable barely worked (only half the channels came in) and the vending machines were a joke. Then the pool area, it was spacious and fun but it the hot tub was seriously stained and dirty looking. For the price, I was expecting better.

Business trip, needed a nice hotel close by in driving range.

Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Great room with a comfortable bed and jacuzzi in the room

Hotel staff was great. We had a water leak in our room. A quick response by the front desk staff, we were in another room within minutes. Our mini fridge was not all that cold especially the freezer so some of our food was ruin, but Needlessly to say we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel was convenient and comfortable. Location was close to downtown.

Everything was fine--stayed for 2 days while visiting Grand Rapids attractions. Everything was as you would want--very comfortable

We stayed here without knowing much about the city. It was a good choice. The check in was smooth, the room was large and clean. The front desk might get a list of nearby places to eat. Otherwise..nice place!

After spending a weekend in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, we were looking for a well-priced hotel in the Grand Rapids area en route back to Chicago. The Baymont met and exceeded our expectations. There's nothing fancy about this hotel, but it's clean, comfortable, and located right off the expressway and within minutes of downtown Grand Rapids. The morning breakfast was a traditional continental with biscuits and gravy served as the hot item. The TV channel choices were a bit limited, but all the favorites were available. Nearby dining options included a Bob Evans within a very short walk from the hotel. Overall, the value was very good for the price.

we had a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great! The pool was kind of small and that was disappointing for the kids but overall we had a great experience!!!

The hotel was excellent-comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff and we'll priced. Definitely would stay again. One minor complaint was that the breakfast area was not kept well stocked and things were out by 8:30. Overall, though, I give my stay an A-. Well done Baymont!

Good breakfast and a nice dinner besides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

used the hotel as a base to visit my grandchildren

Great Value at a great price. Classy clean looking room, the Continental Breakfast was great. Good location yet just off of the interstate. The staff was very pleasant and personable. Will stay there again for sure.

My daughter and I stayed here after arriving on a late flight, and before driving Up North. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet.

We have stayed at this hotel before and return each time we have occasion to be in the Grand Rapids/Rockford area. We have been pleased with our room which lives up to all our standards and we especially appreciate the availability of a fridge and microwave in the room which suits our travelling needs to a T.

I stayed here several years ago, and the hotel was fine. This time my stay was marred with problems. My stay was five days, Friday through Wednesday. My issues are listed below. The Bed: The bed is very uncomfortable. I was able to sleep for about five hours before having to get up due to back pain. Hard in some areas and mushy in others, they are just too beat up. The Door: My door lock stopped working properly on day two. The front desk person had to come program the door lock, and that just let the master key open it. The third day their card key system died. They had it replaced the next day, but my door still didn't work. I got doubtful looks from the front desk person when I told them that I still couldn't open my door. The Towels: Super thin, small, worn out, and cheap. That was still workable until the last morning when I stepped out of the shower, I realized that they hadn't given me any towels. Internet Access: Unusable. The packet loss was between 15-30%, and the latency was up to 30 seconds. What that means is extremely slow page loads and failed page loads. They appear to have one access point per floor. I like the location of the hotel. Some of the staff were very nice.

Room clean, Maid service great, excellent breakfast, Staff was fantastic. Perfect location for going to LPGA tourney. Great price
