Very poor breakfast

Very old marred, scratched furniture in room. Looks like it was last decorated in 1980. Dirty, scuffed walls in room. Old slow elevator. Internet was spotty . . In and out. Had to keep having my door card re-keyed. We’d go out for awhile, then come back and the door wouldn’t open. Other than the friendly staff, I would not recommend this

The property is what I have come to expect. Basic, mostly clean and somewhat tired. It was fine for sleeping which was all that was needed.

Clean and comfortable

Convenient. Easy to get to, clean comfortable beds.

We could hear people walking on floor above us at midnight. Cable TV did not work. Bed was nice, room was clean.

Room and pool were nice. Hot tub was broken, and the staff in the morning were rude. Dog friendly was a plus.

When we arrived it took twenty minutes to check in. Not a big deal just an inconvenience. However the entire time there were children just screaming in the background. Finally got up to our room, via a very shady elevator that seemed it was going to break any minute. In the room you could hear everything. You could hear people walking up above, people walking in the hallway, and next to the room. Didn't feel private at all. Pool was extremely small didn't use it. Beds were not comfortable. Only positive is it was pretty clean but our bathroom was not stocked with anything. Would not return.

Well for starters the bathroom was filthy and the heater in the room didn’t work. Woke up at 3 AM freezing and no one at front desk to assist with the issue

Our key cards stopped working each of the last 3 nights we stayed. If you're not going to do daily cleaning in rooms, at least give some direction on alternatives (garbage removal, extra soap, towels, etc.) on how to go about doing these things. And finally, I will NEVER understand why a breakfast ends at 9:00am or 10:00 am. Silly. Why not let it go until 11:00 which is check out time? What's the rush? You're there all day!!!

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the hot tub but it was out of order. Inconvenient but ok. The rest of the hotel was fine for the price.

Stayed here multiple times the past few years, never been so disappointing. Upon arrival at 930 at night, the girl at the desk says its her break time...perhaps she saw the anger in my eyes but then she said she will check me in anyway. What the...!? The hotel condition is sadly deteriorated and now seedy. Understand the pandemic is hard, but unless they make some changes soon this will be a seedy hotel. Have already decided to try elsewhere on my next trip and remember it better in years past.

Like every other business that wants to milk people, this hotel did their job - milk people very well. There was no free breakfast per se, non-existent room service and even towels were not provided unless asked. Front desk person roams around with other duties and one has to wait at the desk and ring a bell. A standard answer of "I do not know," comes when you ask for any food, soap, towel (I have only one towel left, let me check, he said) etc. Terrible place to stay. My rating is zero out of 5.
