Very nice, upscale facility. Perhaps that is why it was so puzzling that our room had trash Unemptied and an old half-full juice bottle in the fridge. Breakfast also was puzzling. No milk in the refrigerator, no brown sugar in the container for our oatmeal, hard stale breakfast sandwiches, no juice glasses available. No staff seeming to care that what could have been a nice breakfast was ruined by not making an effort to keep things stocked. And it was not very busy, maybe ten people eating with an hour left to eat. Really surprising and disappointing .
Great rooms with lots of amenities, including a dishwasher.
Room was wet and carpet full of dog hair. Sheets were wet and room felt damp. Staff did not offer any discounts for the terrible room
We stayed one night at Home2 Suites. Our experience was very good. The room and hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom door had problems.. was told that maintenance folks were not available for a week.. minor inconvenience but not a big deal. Breakfast was not that great.. staffed with only one person that had to handle the order and prepare food..etc.. Front desk desk could be a little bit more friendly to customers greeting them.. often the reception was like they were doing the customers a favor by being open during corona.Anyway.. just a bit of training should fix that problem.Other than that we enjoyed our stay at this location

Our room was not what was represented on this website. It was just one long room with a curtain divider between beds and couch, not with a separate space as pictured. VERY disappointing. The rest of the experience was awesome.
The rooms are and hotel are quite nice, but for $200/night I expected there would be a restaurant/bar on site. Also the breakfast they provide is sub par considering the cost of staying here. They should really have fresh breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, I mean something. When you think of staying at a Hilton, there’s just certain things you come to expect. Nice new hotel though.
