Originally a general store built in 1907 now a 1 bedroom cottage in Historic Grand Coteau. Fully equpped kitchen, dining table and living room. 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and single sofa bed in the living area. Original store shelfs, walls, and floor throughout. You'll being staying in a piece of history! Easy walking around the quaint town amoung the beautful oaks and antique shops. Hive coffee shop, Brents Big Hill Cafe, the Kitchen shop are just a short 5 minute walk away. Short 3 minutes drive to I-49 and in Lafayette within 15 minutes.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Booked this cottage a few months in advance. This cottage was not available due to the owner letting her friend stay there instead of us. I had a reservation # through VRBO but was never notified of any changes until the date of check in
