It was old, rundown, and just nasty! So I checked out, and went to another hotel.

Room never heated up was cold....cold shower in the morning

We were there for only one night. All good! Room was clean. I don't mind noise but if you do, you might not want to stay there. Its close to R/R.

$4 service charge for using a credit card, are you serious?

They charge a "Resort" fee, not sure why. I guess because they can, it's far from a "Resort". And the bed wasn't made. If your going to charge a resort fee, at least make the damn bed.

The property is old which I understood when I booked my room. A little dull paint and old carpet were not the only thing we found. Our sheets were very dirty and the room smelled pretty bad. The door looked like it had been broken into before. In the bathroom there was red stuff all over the toilet and floors. We ended up buying bedding for the night and cleaning the entire room before we could lay down for a few hours to continue our traveling.

The location was good easily accessible to downtown. However, the hotel is undergoing construction, finding parking was messy the rooms are a bit outdated old torn carpet, cobwebs in the bathroom window and the bed were super uncomfortable resulting discomfort to our backs. My husband and I returned back from our trip tired than when we had arrived. We were celebrating our anniversary and were excited to visit Flagstaff but the stay was less than stellar. Second, we had to call for housekeeping for service after 3 pm i.e. make the bed, fresh towels, toiletries, take out the trash. I was not sure if the hotel was short of staff it was done but very begrudgingly.

The property and room was just gross. My daughter and I ended up having to unplug other things in the room just to charge our phones. The room just looked and felt dirty.

Unfortunately, our stay was pretty awful. There are no outlets at all in the room that are accessible. There is a microwave, but it is not plugged into anything nor is there an outlet to plug it in to, so it's pretty much useless. The fridge is plugged in but when we got there it was open so we couldn't keep anything in it the first night because it was thawed out and warm. The room had an odd urine odor because there was no fan/air on and it was extremely hot and stuffy when we arrived. The one outlet in the bathroom was broken with a metal piece sticking out. There was one dim lamp (no switches) so the room was SUPER dark. Our key card reader was broken in half and our door was dented so you could see the outside, inside. The neighbor/long term resident chain smoked outside of our room the entire stay so our room smelled like smoke, constantly. The shampoo and conditioner that was supplied was 1/2 used already. The floors were super dirty. There were actually metal shavings in front of the bathroom sink. It seemed as if the maid may have swept one strip and the edges of the room was never cleaned. There was hair in the shower. The front desk staff was SUPER friendly though. The area is decent but we were on the back side of the motel which is quite rough. You can also hear EVERYTHING - but that could have been because our door didn't close properly. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again. Also, photos show a pool but there is no pool.

Property needs lots of upgrades, rooms are old and run down. Was ok for just one night.

property very clean, but tired very original 1950's

I stayed 1 night they didn’t refund my money for the second night which I had already paid for when I checked out early

Stayed a week. No issues. Great restaurant attached to hotel. Clean room. Everything worked fine. Housekeeping came daily, Good location. The train didn’t bother me as I’m from NYC. It does run thru the center of town so any hotel will hear it. Good value. There are a lot of hotels on that strip. This one is good.
