Nice stay.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Close to RR tracks, but train noise not an issue. Shower water nice and hot. Comfortable room. Cookies great. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Only iss was TV reception. None of the channels came in well.

Location was easy to access with dining nearby. You can hear trains all night long and during our stay it snowed and there was no snow removal from walkways or parking lots. The room was average, pillows flat, and bed not the most comfortable. Glad we were only staying 2 nights and not any longer.

Our stay was for vacation. We’ve stayed with Country Inn & Suites previously and been pleased. This time was different. All staff was courteous and polite right from check in. In our room we noticed the security lock on our door was missing from the door due to wear. The Bathroom walls had drywall falling off in two different places. This was noticeable in the hallways as well. The bathroom floor, tub & sink was as clean as they could be. The main room had food and something else all over one of the headboards as well as the one chair in the room. The beds were very uncomfortable, extremely soft. We were tracing with our teen son, he could hear the springs when rolling over. The hot tub only had three working jets. Not what we wanted after a long day of hiking. The manager was willing to move us. I wanted a refund for the next two nights so we could find acceptable lodging and that was not something they were willing to do. However, they didn’t have any clean rooms until after 1:00. We were at the canyon hiking. Here concerns were to get maintenance and to fix the drywall in the bathroom. That was not on the top of our list. The hotels has definitely seen better days and has not been maintained well. I do have to say again that the bathroom floor, sink, shower and counter, microwave, fridge in the main room were all as clean as they could be. The fixtures and items in the rooms are all old and beaten up.

Property is in secluded area surrounded by beautiful trees. staff and housekeeping very friendly . Clean pool. A few hours after leaving I received a call that I left my Ipad in room. Management offered to take it to UPS and ship it to me. Says a lot about integrity of persons working there. Very grateful.

Maintenance needed: paint peeling and artwork missing in bathroom. Larger breakfast area needed: not enough seating - had to take breakfast up to room. Limited choices for breakfast: need to offer more fruit and cereals/oatmeal
