This was the best Super 8 Motel I have stayed in yet. The staff for extremely accommodating and friendly. The addressed our concerns about the shower backing up promptly and fix the problem and went the extra mile to make up the room. I'm very pleased with this Motel Super 8.
We enjoyed our stay
The property was outdated. We were placed on the 2nd floor /two bed queen after making several requests for a 1st floor king sized room with the front desk prior to arrival. There is no elevator. Located on a busy strip with lots of light coming through the windows. Disappointing to pay such high prices for a marginal stay. Staff however, were very friendly and welcoming.
The room could use a new mattress and towels too. Towels were no longer fluffy and thick. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel and surrounding area was quiet so it was easy to sleep.
The hotel was a decent value, but the bathroom in the room wasn’t cleaned well and the towels were very dingy. Also, one of the beds had loose dirt on it and stains on the sheets. The other bed linens were very wrinkled. I didn’t look under the covers. The continental breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly.

Bathroom sink was chocked and not draining, we called front desk early in the morning 6:30 am and they said no one available till 11 am to fix it. We could not use bathroom sink for our stay

There was a bad stinking smell just outside the lobby … the bathroom towels seemed dirty as well as they were very hard to use … linens also seemed dirty
Property was in poor condition. Carpet in room was frayed. Missing wall socket cover.
The shower didn’t have a shower curtain which was strange. Fridge still had old food in it. The lady at the front desk took 20 min to check me in because she had a second grade education level. Bed was great as usual. I will still stay at super 8 when I’m just staying there long enough to sleep but this place wasn’t up to normal standards
Pretty nice place for the money (it was the cheapest available when I booked). It was also pretty convenient to what we were doing for the price (visiting the Grand Canyon & Sedona). The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast was a pretty lame spread & the eating area only seated like 10 people. Other than that it was nice & clean, I would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget.
This was the cleanest hotel i ever stayed in in my 1000 hotel stays during my life. It seemed equivalent to a new hotel. Amazing!!!! And great attention to detail was present in many areas, like a bow tie on the toilet paper, facial wipes, always fresh coffee even at night. I was beyond impressed!!!
Hey. It was last minute but it ended up having a really nice back drop of mountains and close to a nipazzolia restaurant that was actually pretty good.
I always stay there when ever I visit Flagstaff best place to trust.

I was happily surprised with our stay at Super 8. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. We had a total of 14 people and 4 rooms. They were able to us close together. Due to Covid the morning breakfast wasn’t available but the staff was very nice and accommodating. There was quite a few places to eat within walking and driving distance. We Will stay here again next time we’re in Flagstaff.
This was a wonderful quiet and clean place to stay. They offered breakfast in a bag to go. I especially appreciated a refrigerator and microwave in the room since there is no lobby hot breakfast due to COVID-19. I do think the rates should be lower during this time because of the limited services provided.
