Room Mate Leo3.0 out of 5.0

This hotel is located on a main walking avenue with lots of stores and around the corner from all kinds of outdoor cafes/restaurants. The taxi can not let you out in front of the hotel- so you'll have to walk with luggage - but only for about 1/2 a block. This hotel was right for us, as cleanliness and size of the room and the location were most important.
I loved staying in this hotel as the room was super clean and modern. The room was warm with well working AC/heater, so felt like home. The bed quality was excellent. I could sleep very well here. The location was central and very convenient. The staff were kind and professional. If I visit Granada again, I will definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable, modern, well equipped room and bathroom. Okay, but certainly not outstanding breakfast. Staff very friendly and efficient. Very good location, near to Cathedral, central plaza, restaurants etc. Nice to have a small roof terrace overlooking the roofs of the city. Nice touches with gifts of sweets in the room. Parking available in a nearby municipal car park (at a slightly discounted rate if paid via the hotel). Fairly expensive for a mid-range hotel, given facilities - it was notably more expensive for example than our similar quality hotel in Seville, and the most expensive mid-range we stayed in during three weeks in Spain, but that may reflect demand in Granada. Have therefore only marked it as average for value.
Had a good stay here as part of month long trip through Spain. They were changing location of reception and changing room door security system during my stay which was a bit of a hassle. Difficult to find but once there and putting aside these likely one off hassles had a very nice stay. Staff were most helpful.
Lovely room and very nicely equipped. Great location. Not a great design for a hotel, though--noise reverberates throughout, especially for internal-facing rooms. A sneeze from a front desk person at 4 am is an alarm clock I didn't need. Still, it's a lovely place, with a neat terrace.
We were recommended this hotel by friends,we made a good choice. The location is great for all the main sights and it’s great to step out onto a pedestrian area. The hotel is really clean, very good value for the money and staff helpful and friendly.
We stayed here in September for two nights. The location was excellent, some noise from the street but it wasn't bad, room was satisfactory. The highlight was sitting on the rooftop having a glass of wine and watching the Alhambra change colors during sunset. Did this for two nights. We had a very early train to Barcelona (6:45 a.m.) and the hotel staff did a great job of having a taxi available.
The room is very nice although the bathroom is very small. The decoration is modern, the restaurant is very small and the breakfast buffet is good and the price is fine with the food given. The location is in the heart of the downtown.
Excellent location, great service at the reception. Receptionists spoke good fluent English so it was a breeze to get recommendations. We took a room with a balcony for 2 nights which unfortunately was facing the setting sun, meaning the room was extremely hot and unbearable in the afternoon and there was no ventilation in the room (even though the staff tried their best to help). We made sure to stay out in the afternoon as there is no air conditioning in the hotel. Left the doors open at night for a good night sleep as Granada gets really cold at night. One thing to note: there is NO car access to the property. The hotel is only accessible on foot as it is located within the historical district. It is not a bad thing, but just in case you need the direct car access. We had the taxi drop us off (and pick us up) at the Burger King 3 mins walk away from the hotel. Also, we walked to the nearby Melia Hotel for our Viator tour pick up.
The desk clerk with whom we had most of our communications was one of those amazing individuals who spoke with us in fluent English, spoke with the couple ahead of us in fluent French, and was himself Spanish. We really appreciated the extra time he took to give us advice of all sorts, including a range of dining choices. The hotel is very centrally located. The breakfast room (breakfast is optional) has a great view of the Alhambra. We were lucky enough to have a room on the top floor with a patio and a view. When a misfortune made it necessary for us to change our plans and stay an extra day, the staff made it very easy to do. One thing to note: you need to use your room card in the elevator to access every floor except for the second floor (reception), including the ground floor from which you exit.
